All the negative reviews of this dealer are 100% accurate. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. You don't see them on Google as they manipulate customers in removing them for a lousy service credit. I've been a loyal customer of Maple Mercedes for quite some time, and while my past experiences have generally been positive, my recent visit has left me deeply dissatisfied. I feel it's important to share my experience so that others are aware. It seems that the service department at this dealership is now primarily focused on maximizing profits rather than genuinely caring for their customers as they once did. Unfortunately, I've found that their service advisors lack the knowledge and honesty I expected. While I understand the complexities of the automotive industry, I believe transparency is essential. Instead of providing accurate information, I received misleading quotes for diagnosis fees and promises that were not upheld. Moreover, communication was severely lacking. Despite requesting to speak with the manager before approving repairs, I never received the promised call. Upon collecting my vehicle, I discovered that the initial issue I brought it in for had not even been addressed properly. It was disheartening to realize that after paying over $800 for the service, my car still had the same issue. When I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with indifference and was told I would need to pay more for further diagnosis. This level of service is not what I expect from a brand like Mercedes. In the end, I had to seek a solution elsewhere. A simple battery replacement, which the Mercedes dealership failed to diagnose, resolved all my issues. It's evident that there's a significant gap in communication and customer satisfaction at this dealership. Management seems more interested in charging customers exorbitant fees than in resolving their issues. After reading similar experiences in other reviews here (filter the reviews to see lower ratings), I feel compelled to share mine. Unfortunately, the quality of service at this dealership has declined significantly. I urge others to consider alternative options if they want their issues resolved without breaking the bank.

Worst experience ever! they tried to tell me my vehicle with 38,000 km needed a bunch of repairs and a total brake replacement. Disgraceful. They also broke my reverse camera and were arrogant when I asked them to fix it. steer clear!!

We bought a new set of rims with tires at thsi location and we left the car there to have them changed. When we went to get it picked up they gave us a random set of rims with the new tires without letting us know until we got there. The guy we worked worked with did not communicate with us at all that the rims we ordered were not in stock and gave us a random set of rims and charged us for it. When we told him we did not want those rims we were told we would have to pay extra to remove the new rims we did not want and put on the old rims we had. Overall we had to pay for the new rims we clearly did not want because the guy working there, Kim, did not want to tell his customers anything about what was happening and decided what rims to give us instead of informing us that they did not have stock. we were left really unsatisfied as all he did was basically tell us to spend more money instead of taking off the rims that we did not want and putting on the old ones. this location's employees cannot perform basic customer service and communication at all. if i could give a 0 star rating i would.

My love affair with Mercedes Benz began over 35 years ago when I first owned a 1972 D240 manual (w115). Over the years, I owned many E class models and was happy with the brand, its dealers, service and overall quality. I currently own a C250 4matic and an E250 bluetec 4matic. My love and loyalty for Mercedes will end, and I will be shifting my focus towards other brands. I will explain why below. My E250 Bluetec was the subject of a recall related to some bolts on the steering mechanism as well as the exhaust and catalytic assembly. Here are the problems that arose as part of the recall: - Mercedes Benz brand, apparently does not stand behind their cars anymore, and postpone indefinitely to send the parts for the recall (Mercedes dealer of Maple does not know when they will receive the parts...) - I call Mercedes of Maple to accommodate the recall and booked with service department a date to proceed with the recall repairs. When I arrived and inquired on how long the repair will take, they said it would take the whole day because it was extensive work. This was inaccurate as they did not have all the necessary parts available. Two hours into the appointment, they called and said the car is ready to be picked up and that they replaced only the bolts of the steering mechanism and they did not yet have the other parts for the exhaust. I then asked what the next step was, they said they will call me once the new parts are in. They never did. After approximately two months, I called them back to re-book this service as the recall remained incomplete, the appointment was scheduled in late winter. Before the appointment date, the dealership called me to tell me they had not yet received the necessary parts and re-scheduled me for March 10, 2023. When I arrived at 8:45 a.m., the receptionist told me I will have to leave the car with them probably for more than a day because the extensive work and car particularities. I called the dealership at 3 p.m. to check on the status of the repair, only to find out nothing had been done as the parts had not yet arrived! The dealership had booked me in without having the repair parts. I am very disappointed that a recall cannot be performed in a decent timely manner and Mercedes Maple attitude. This is not the Mercedes I fell in love with. It would be pointless for Mercedes Maple to copy and paste a reply to my review, I will do my very best to reach out to Mercedes Canada/Stuttgart directly. - I will also try to create a web page with a forum about this topic, because apparently, it is not a singular case

The worst Experience ever , I would never buy a Mercedes again from this dealer. My Trade in Car was stolen the same day as I was supposed to pick up my new leased Mercedes. I made a deal with the Dealer and GM that in case the "stolen" car shows up again we would change the deal back to the original one with Trade in car again. I get this confirmed at least 3 times, even as I picked up the Mercedes I asked the Dealer to confirm this with the GM , I told him otherwise I would not pick up the car and wait. I received the confirmation that the Deal would be on. Couple of days later the Stolen Car was returned, the Insurance fixed a couple of small things and I informed Mercedes. Starting that day I received the "Run around", they ask me for a pay out paper ( which I didn't need before). They asked me if the car has still Guaranty which the Insurance and Acura dealership confirmed but they did want to have this in writing . ( Why would a new 2019 Acura with 13000 km not have anymore Guaranty after it was stolen ? . The biggest thing was , they asked me to come in before 11 am because the GM wants to see the car , I am rushing all my way down there only to find out that nobody is interested to see the car, nobody had a look at the car. This Dealership is badly managed, costumer service does not exist and obviously a word does not count with Mercedes Maple. A short time after I bought a Mercedes Van from the Mercedes Van Dealership right at the side and you can see that this place is totally different , better managed for sure. I originally planed to get two more vans for our business beginning of next year but after I had this big upset I believe in the future I will go with a different brand.

Usually, the deals at this dealership are not the best you could find compared to different dealerships However if you're there on the right day in the right time, you might score yourself sweet deal I believe this dealership is owned by corporate, so things are done a little different here compared to the private ones They are pretty good usually for service and I have dropped to cars at end of lease in here, and their transitions aware very easy Lounge area is always busy and have some refreshments and hot beverages, but that's about it In terms of sales reps, I don't have a Favourites in here, but if you play your cards right you may be able to get some freebies here and there

They pushed me to sign a contract and paid deposit, but the vehicle was delivered 10 days later because it was out of stock at that moment. They never told me the leasing date had commenced when I signed the contract. It does not make any sense that I have to pay for the vehicle which I have not got it. Yes, they were friendly BUT ONLY before you sign or pay, after that the service is really bad if you have any issues.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at Maple Mercedes. I had booked an appointment over three weeks from the appointment date, Drove from bradford to be there for 10:15AM to only get sent back home without getting my car the service that was arranged for. I was not notified that the pre-paid service was expired, the person who booked my appointment for me had only mentioned that "you have the pre paid service on your account" so I was not expecting to be billed an amount of $936.00. I had explained to the service advisor the situation after he told me that, and he did not even take anything I said into consideration. The service adviser Samson handed me my car keys with no hesitation for me to walk out. He was not helpful at all, terrible customer service, I will never return to Mercedes Maple again. I went into Mercedes Brampton in tears explaining what I had gone through, and they were able to help me right away. Also, the service advisor there was shocked at the amount I was told to pay, as at the other dealership it was about $400.00 less than what Samson had told me it would cost.As a valued customer I would appreciate a little more than what I had to go through today, and I hope no one feels the way I felt after leaving the Maple store.

I must take my hat off to the BEST Mercedes Benz Service Shop in North America.!!... The MB Maple Team sets the bar high for others to emulate. There is a reason I will only take my Vintage Mercedes vehicles to this location..!! They get it big time. The level of service and care they give to clients is just " Top Shelf ". Chris and Paul and Ian, along with there top notch service team just replaced the windshield on my 1988 560sl.... A tricky thing to do.!! Not only was the work FLAWLESS .. The level of detail and care that Chris & Paul have for their clientele is just amazing.!! Thank you Chris Cowle and Paul Emery and your awesome team for ALWAYS going that extra mile to exceed expectations..!! BRAVO..!

This is the WORST dealership I have ever been to. You would think because it's Mercedes, they would provide a professional & pleasant experience. Stay away from a sales rep called Anthony. He is rude, unhelpful and insults you if your not satisfied with what he has to offer. It's his way or the highway. Basically he kept lying about how much of a fantastic deal were getting and how they are paying from their own pocket for a demo, he then told us nobody will be able to offer what he's offering. Once I told him, he is wrong and I have seen better deals, he basically told us to leave and insulted us. This is not a professional service by Mercedes. Specially being a corporate store you have a bigger responsibility in valuing customers and protecting your brand. Letting pathetic sales people like Anthony handle sales and deal with customers will only hurt your dealership. I was planning on purchasing 1 car now and 2 other cars for family members in the near future but I will never return to your store where you make your customers feel like they are nothing to you.
