If I could give them 0, I would. Such a terrible experience.
I went for a brake service and then my car making noises after the service. Not only they could not solve the issue, but also my NEW car making noises from everywhere. What the hell are you doing?
Why does my new car make noises after the service?!!
Don’t trust them. I would not recommend Maple Mazda Service at all.
From a rude and unfriendly receptionist( Larisa) to Joe (service manager).

Have been trying to call and talk to a service advisor but nobody picks up the phone. Over a couple of days. This is truly a terrible dealership and have had some bad experiences with them in the past. Have complained about them to Mazda Canada but to no avail.

Horrible customer service!!!starting by a rude receptionist to an unaware technician (Francesco) and a service manager ( Joe ) that covers and blamed the customer for the lack of good service from the employees!!
I was given by Mazda Canada a recall number for a safety hazard recall for my Mazda , I contact Maple Mazda and I was ask by Maple Mazda service to take my car so they can see what parts need to be ordered before the appointment I was given for next week . When I went there and approached the receptionist and try to show her the recall number she didn’t want to see it and ask me what was this about it, I try to explain and she ask me to wait for a technician, I was waiting then she approached me and ask me for the key , my car wasn’t inside the service shop and I ask her to please let me talk to the technician and she started to question me why, what is this about etc. Then the technician told me that he doesn’t know what parts needs to be ordered because he dose t see anything wrong with the lights etc. I took my car there for them to find out what parts they need to order and the technician didn’t have any clue about the recall or what needs to be done to my car. A total waste of time.
I do not recommend Maple Mazda service department or reception department to anyone.

The high level of customer service provided by Brad and the team at Maple Mazda was exceptional. Brad was easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Brad made purchasing a car easy and fast. I highly recommend the Brad and the team at Maple Mazda!

Brought my car in for simple oil change and cabin air filter change. Cost me $180.00. A week later several issues come up. Engine light, alarm issues, AFS started to flash and horrible gas mileage. lesson learned and I know my stuff as well. Thought this was the best route to go with my beloved Mazda 3. Def a big "not!" and I told them about it and they tell me to take it to another dealership. lol. Brutal!Service: Oil change

I wanted to buy new Mazda 3 GX model. I called to maple mazda and I consulted with Mr. Ali Yaseen and he provided me great service. There was no any chance of approval of my finance but Mr. Ali did his best to get it approved. I really want to thank him. I request to all of you to visit at Maple Mazda and consult with Mr. Ali. If I could give it a zero I would. Brought my car in for a recall (so something that was their fault). Not only is their no ETA on when it will be fixed but they wouldn't provide me with a rental car unless I paid full price. The only thing the gentlemen did is give me a number to call a rental company. Keep in mind there is still a whole pandemic so taking the bus or doing rideshare puts me at risk. I want to stress that it is not that gentlemen's fault as he's just doing what he is told, it's Mazda's fault for lacking accountability and being cheap.Thanks Mazda for the Garbage service.

Been buying a Mazda from Paul Joseph for over a decade now and just today got into our 2019 CX9 GT...
Wowed all over again... Paul and his team made sure everything was taken care off and had the bestest service given to us.

I agree hricher they are the worse,there are good when they sale the car,the stupid thing i do is i buy the extension warranty and yet they say im not covered to check the bulb on gear knob and handbrake even one star they don't deserved it,from receptionist,manager to parts.

They are the WORST! they refuse to fix your car even though it's under warranty! Refused to even listen to my concerns and treated me like I had no idea what i was talking about. Would NEVER recommend this dealership or service centre to ANYONE. They don't even deserve one star. They were nothing but rude to me and refused to help. Save yourself and do not buy a car here!
