They designed and installed a beautiful walk-in closet with sliding glass doors in the master bedroom, built-ins were also done for my second bedroom, hall closet, ensuite bathroom and utility room. Built a huge custom pantry in my kitchen that satisfied all my storage needs. Yair also designed and installed a custom work area, with plenty of storage in a room I wanted to use as my office. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. ”

Unfortunately, the lamp was out-of-stock; but Bridget notified us shortly after placing the order and confirmed that we were willing to wait a month. Due to shipping irregularities, the lamp was delayed by an additional month, but Bridget kept us abreast of estimated delivery and always offered us a full refund if we decided we weren’t up for the wait. It finally arrived this week and we’re very pleased, and impressed with Bridget’s customer service, particularly given that we’ve never placed foot in their store. Despite initial reservations about conducting everything online, their exceptional customer service and attentiveness surpassed my expectations. When I visited their location in person, they went above and beyond by arranging delivery the next day and graciously waived the delivery fee. Their proactive communication allowed me to prepare for the delivery process smoothly. Despite a minor hiccup with a misplaced mattress protector (later found in the corridor), they handled the situation professionally, even providing photographic evidence of the delivery. Despite the slight embarrassment on my part, I hold them in high regard and would gladly do business with them again.
