Bone & Biscuit has truly earned a loyal customer in me. Every visit to their store is a pleasant experience, thanks to the amazing team they have. Meghan, Skylar, and Christina are particularly noteworthy. Their helpfulness, knowledge, and professionalism stand out, making it a joy to shop for my furry friend, Poppy.
Meghan’s expertise in pet nutrition has been invaluable. She always takes the time to explain the benefits of different products and makes excellent recommendations tailored to Poppy’s needs. Pleasant, helpful employees, we purchase food there all the time. Good quality food, nice atmosphere and very knowledgable people for their products. They have degrees in nutrition for pets.

I went into the store for the first time to get some goodies for my dog's birthday and was very pleased with the service and information that I was provided by the lovely employee named Skylar. My dog Sansa and I will definitely be coming back to shop again!

I just purchased a K9 Sport dog carrier at this location. What a great place. The owner Meghan and her staff were friendly and helpful, they also loved my dog Billie. It's a bit of a drive from mid town Toronto but I am going to start using this store because of the people.

The staff at the store was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed and couldn't be more satisfied with Alana. She was the first person to successfully cut my Shiba's nails in three years! Additionally, I appreciate that the proceeds from my purchase go towards supporting animal rescues. I will definitely be returning to this store.

The staff at this store is amazing my dog was sick and Christina and Megan were so helpful thank you guys so much for helping me make him better they really do care about your animals like there there own animalls Christina helped me figure out what to do when I was beyond stressed about how sick my dog was so grateful to all the staff at this store

I cannot even say how lucky I feel to live near to this place. Not only does it carry all the highest quality inventory for your fur babies but the staff is shockingly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They spend quality time helping you learn about what is right for your animal and it is always a joy to go. This place will be worth the travel if you live a bit farther. The genuinely wonderful staff is what makes it so special❤️

Very nice boutique pet store with a big selection of dog food and they also carry raw.
The specialty dog cookies are beautiful and I love the leashes and collar sets for a great price. The owners are super nice and knowledgeable and the mascots Bill Murray and Lola are adorable!
Update: I still regularly patronize this store and my husky's coat has never looked better. He also stopped licking his paws so maybe he had some sort of irritation with his previous food. He seems more relaxed as well. I look forward to being able to bring him for the teeth scaling service. The new staff are amazing and know me and my dog by name. This store is a whole community!

The Bone & Biscuit team is top notch and have consistently offered top tier products between food, accessories and care services like nail trims.
They know my dog by name. He is constantly finding his new favourite treats. The customer experience is unmatched.
