I'm writing to update my original review. The mechanic was very responsive and worked hard to get my car finished as soon as he could. The alignment was off when we went to pick it up but they promptly re-did it. Despite the long wait, I'm very satisfied with all the work that was done as it seems to have solved the major mechanical issues we were experiencing, and they were able to work within our budget, sourcing used parts where possible. I've been very disappointed with the service at this shop. My Rav4 has been in the shop for 32 days now, and despite numerous calls and messages, I have yet to receive an accurate response or any meaningful update on the status of my vehicle. Communication has been extremely poor, and I feel left in the dark. I expected better customer service and timely updates.
