“I am a regular Mark’s customer for several reasons including the quality of their products, quality of customer service and efficient online shopping service. Yes, I have had some dissatisfaction with a couple of products (men’s underwear and socks) but overall the quality of their winter clothing, t-shirts and products in general is very good. I would recommend to open a customer’s account to receive their special offers and discounts, which are pretty good. Also, I often order online with free pickup at the store and their service is great. Happy shopping! ?”

“I had good luck at this location for this visit; I found 5 or 6 items - all blue - and saved about $125.00. They had a great sale, and clothes that fit. Now I can mix and match the pieces. Although I do have to say that I was going in for late summer clothes, but I was too late for that by a couple of weeks. But the sales they did have were really good: I got a silky scarf for about $7 and paid about the same foe a summer T shirt, Great! I'll be back.”

“This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”

“I am a frequent shopper at Marks. They have many great clothing and footwear choices. I go for socks, t-shirts and jeans. The "50 Wash" shirts are excellent. I wear short sleeve version in summer, long sleeve version in spring and fall and the short sleeve under the long sleeve in winter. The colour selection is good but I think Marks should consider including choices for red shirt day, orange shirt day and purple shirt day - just a thought.”

“Shyanne was INCREDIBLY helpful. I came in looking for a dress with 1 left in stock, she spent a good 15 minutes trying to find the right size for me. She ended up finding it in the back and thanks to her I have a dress for an event later this week. I’ve never had a staff member from any store be this helpful and go out of their way for me. If I ever need anything from a dynamite store I will be coming to the Bayshore location, no doubt about it. Again, I really do want to say Shyanne was the most helpful store associate I’ve ever met in my entire life. THANK YOU!!!!”

She then checked to see how they fit. I told her I would be looking for others, but she took it upon herself to find 4 other dresses for me to try I ended up buying one that she chose and am very happy. I will be shopping there again.
