Nehan is so kind and concerned. She went out of her way to call my daughter to anticipate her vaccine date, due to vaccine delivery issue. She got her a new date and time accommodated my daughter! Thank you Rexall Pharmacy, thank you Nehan (hope I wrote your name correctly).

Consistently poor service in supplying prescription pill packs for the family led us to transfer to another local pharmacy. Rexall regularly delivered the pills late (Wednesday start delivered Thursday), which for a dated / time stamped pill pack is inexcusable. Yet they made excuses; the packs are prepared offsite, we get them late, etc... Found them to be very slow in adjusting meds when doctors sent in new prescriptions. The Pharmacy staff (or at least the pharmacist who appeared to be in charge) was arrogant, haughty and indifferent when confronted with concerns. The cherry on top; when we had enough and transferred our prescriptions the pharmacist had the audacity to call and harangue my wife for taking her business elsewhere, calling her claims of poor service false. Never mind that it is expressly against the code of conduct allowed by the college of pharmacists (transfers are supposed to be painless for the client) but what kind of businessperson thinks it's a good idea to insult and deride a client who chooses to leave? SEVERAL better options within a couple of blocks.

Bought a hair product here, cost me nearly $9.00 then realized later that the grocery store next door had it for less than $6.00...... Micellar makeup remover for my wife also more expensive here...I have noticed that the prices in general here seem high. it pays to shop around.
