“A teller here gave me erroneous information on two occasions, the first cost me money for fees I was told I wouldn't incur, the second cost them my community association's account after embarrassing me in front of our board. However, two of their staff are super-helpful and accurate enough to make up for the rest - you'll quickly find out which ones if you deal here regularly!”

“I came here two times so far once to open my bank account and once to make a draft.I entered the bank and it was 17:58 only two minutes for the bank to close and Kelly she entertained me and accepted to make a draft for me.
