I find it strange that some of these reviews are 5 stars..I tried this place for the first time and had a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Within a few days, some of the shellac was lifting up...never had this issue anywhere else. The place was empty, yet I felt rushed
Asked for eyebrow shaping and was told they did not have time.
Overpriced, not very friendly. NOT GOING BACK!

Love this spot, tried it on a whim with a girlfriend in September 2023 and have been going regularly ever since. The shellac pedicure is awesome and they take their time and are precise. I have never found a nail salon that I regularly will return to and this is it for me! The aesthetic is very chic (the owner is so stylish!) and I like that when I call, I can generally get the appointment I want. Going here feels easy and relaxing, I will continue to support them!

I am consistently happy with my Meraki shellac pedicure! The team is friendly and most accommodating. Booking an appointment is easy and I am generally able to get an appointment for my first choice day/time.

It’s worth 0 stars but google made me click 1. Horrible and rude customer service, not sure why the 2 girls feet entitled to be mean to a new customer but treat an old customer as if they’re royalty. I’m sure they’re also racist considering their appeal to the white customers walking in the store. It was the worst experience I’ve had with customer service in general not just nail spots. Not sure why they have a high rating when I had to return only 2 days after to get the shellac they put on fixed and when fixing there was an ample amount of attitude as if I can’t come in the store. I will never return and I hope people stop going. I got a simple service of shellac on my real nails and they couldn’t even do that right, what kind of nail artist just starts shaping someone’s nails without asking them “what shape”, she shortened my real nail length extensively when they whole point for me was that I grew my real nails out. Honestly I hope this place closes down.Service: Nail painting

I wanted to like this place but I feel for me it has missed the mark. Although the atmosphere is lovely, I have never had the warm friendly experience that other reviewers have mentioned. Perhaps that is reserved for "regulars". I have been to the salon a handful of times and most recently I had a rather disappointing experience where my shellac manicure began peeling off on day 5. In fairness, I was told they would look at it and repair it - that it was likely it had not cured. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, I was unable to return in the time they allowed for the repair and have decided to forego pursuing this any further. I'll be looking for a new spot.

Very clean and nice salon. The staff is professional and friendly. Very reasonable rates and good service. My feet are rejuvenated :) They have good shows playing on the tv too, haha.

My fav hair place in Northumberland for sure!! I couldn’t get in to get my hair done last week as they were fully booked! But next time I’ll be back like always! Very professional atomosphere is cozy and all around just a great experience

We recently discovered this place and have now been twice, my wife many times. As a man I sometimes feel unwelcome at nail salons when I get a pedicure. Here that is not the case, the owner and her staff are opening, welcome and professional.They provide a full spectrum of services such as mani/pedi, waxing, dipping powder to name a few. They have lots of colour selections, and the business is clean, well lit and comfortable.I have a physical job and am hard on my feet. The staff really clean up my feet and remove the hard skin, blisters and smashed up nails allowing me to work comfortably, longer and without pain.The staff gives one of the best pedicures that I have ever had, but they are also fun to talk to, joke with and we enjoyed their company.A business that we will keep going to, highly recommend. Call for an appointment. Located in a strip mall with, pharmacy, grocery, liquor store, restaurants and bank. Lots of parking!Services: Brazilian waxing

I recently tried several it this vendor and was sorely disappointed. I was taking my 7 year old son for his first pedicure and this was a less than memorable experience. No massage chairs,20 minute wait before we even got started, though we had appointments and then when we started there was o oh one person available to help so my son had to continue to wait until my pedicures was done before someone started to help him! To be fair the lady was very sweet, but that long a wait for a 7 year old is a lot! The work was done, but not very well, with chips on my nails before I even left the parking lot and they charged me full price for my 7year olds pedicure of $40! Would NOT recommend this place to anyoneIn response to your response, my son sat for 40 mins waiting for me to finish actually, and if you didn't have the staff you shouldn't have taken the appointment. I absolutely tried to get in somewhere else because when I asked how you cleaned.your instruments your response was we use rubbing alcohol! Because it's not mandated to use heat sterilization, please don't excuse your terrible service and try to put that on me.
