Couldn’t be happier with their work. I have an old house and they tailored their work to fit all the odd spaces beautifully. Big team of really friendly guys. You pay a little bit more but the quality is worth it. Comes complete with a comedy show. We were laughing at the commentary all day.

It was a pleasure to deal with Manotick Windows and Doors, from quotation through installation, and I highly recommend them. They worked with us to redesign and resize our existing windows, patio doors and entry doors, and their excellent installation team completed the work quickly and efficiently, with minimal mess and inconvenience. The quality of the Northstar products was very good and exceeded my expectations. The entire MW&D team were responsive, thorough and professional at every step of the process.

WOW, Manotick Window and Doors was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, from the time they came out to give a quote which was in range with others that sold North Star windows, to confirming everything prior to ordering, accepting minor changes thought out the process and providing a copy of the updated work order(contract) in a timely fashion to approve was a breeze to deal with them. When it came to installing the window and doors they called head and arrived on time. They took much care to cover furniture with sheets to protect them, lay carpet on the floors, they work well and did not rush. Each member of the team did an amazing job from take care to remove the windows, clean the openings, put the new windows in, center it and seal it up, the work they did on the window trim I was I shock how well they got to line up and the 45s are 45s. When it came time for the patio door there was some rot they pointed it out gave me options, in the end I asked if they could address it, and again they did an amazing job at it, and were very fair when it came time to the bill. I ask for some modifications when it came time to some of the finishing on my front door and again they did not let me down, they again work with me on it overall. I hope the next person that needs new window and doors calls Manotick Windows and Doors, you will be pleased and wont be disappointed in their work and attention to detail. When I hear someone say "I need windows or doors replacement" the only thing I can associate it with is Manotick Windows and Doors.

Working with Manotick Windows & Doors was overall, from start to finish, a great experience! Window installation was carried out with attention to detail and quality to workmanship. I work in the industry and can confirm, from meeting with the sales person, to product delivery, my expectations at every step were met. I highly recommend Manotick Windows & Doors.

Exceptional customer service!! The staff was knowledgeable and patient, helping me choose the perfect windows and beautiful front door for my home. The installation crew are very attentive to the project at hand. The final product was amazing! Would recommend this company to my family and friends!

DO NOT USE this company. All windows they installed in our home in Rideau Forest (Manotick) need to be replaced due to improper installation and this company has refused to respond to us despite the fact we paid for a 10 year warranty on workmanship. One window cracked in the first year and has yet to be replaced despite the safety risk and assurances by the owner. At least four operator windows cannot be used and can only be closed if someone goes outside and pushes on the window - this is impossible for a second story window. You can see the curve/pressure that the windows are under. All trim work was rushed with unsightly gaps or does not line up or they used the wrong materials contrary to the contract. We have held off posting this hoping they would honor their contract and reputation, however have been unsuccessful in getting any answers from this local company. We even provided the company with a binder of printed photos and listed deficiencies which prompted the owner to attend our house and see the work himself. Despite assurances that they would honour their contract, and fix the deficiencies, nothing has changed since 2018. Included are a few samples of their work on a job that was tens of thousands of dollars. Manotick Windows and Doors, please contact us to resolve this.Update 2024-01-04: the owner has contacted us and we will update on the result/outcome.Update 2024-01-31: We’ve asked the company representatives to confirm that they have the legal authority on behalf of Manotick Windows and Doors/Manotick Windows (under the new owner) to engage with us in fulfilling the contract, upholding the warranty, correcting deficiencies and replacing defective materials installed in our home including but not limited to NorthStar Windows, trim, etc. - we are waiting for confirmation.

I had a new window installed not even a year ago by a local company in Perth. We had a windstorm and we had something hit our window and cracked it.So we contacted the company that we bought the window from, no response what so ever.I then contacted about 6 other companies who deal with Northstar windows to see if they could help with a replacement glass, only one company reached out to me and that was Manotick Windows.I realize that there was not much money to be made on a small repair job like ours was, but Manotick Windows and Steve Poll were in constant contact with me to try and schedule for the long drive out here and repair, which was complete! The person that came out to do the repair was very friendly and did a great job! I highly recommend this company!!!
