Wouldn’t recommend coming here, took my truck in for a free conventional oil change and was told it dosent cover Diesel oil so they took 6 dollar off a Leader of oil then told me my truck took an extra leader and a half of oil then the dealer said it takes witch is 6.6 and they charged me for 7.6 so not sure if that’s the amount the spilled or drank, I wouldn’t recommend coming here not for the Machanic work but for the rude custom service from the front desk arguing over it. They charged me 157$ for the oil change there regular price would have been 215 witch is same price at the dealer with the correct amount of oil. I will be telling people around Dunchurch and magnetawan to not waste there money here. Honestly better off going to a dealer ship and Canadian tire would even be better and that is saying something.

We blew a tire on our pontoon boat trailer. There was literally nowhere to pull over. We finally came up on a street to pull off and by some miracle Dean's auto care was there! We couldn't have encountered a more friendly and professional group of people to help us. They went above and beyond for us making several calls trying to locate new tires for us. In the end they managed to get us back on the road, never complaining about the deer flies that were insane that day. I cannot be more grateful to all of you. Amazing work guys. 10/10 recommend!

The secretary (Tammy) kept me informed of the process and in communication beyween myself and the Mechanic (Justin).
They were upfront and kept the labour hours down, as the work done could have been quite extensive for the top end job required. Very professional and efficiently completed, including the follow up phone call.
Highly recommended.

Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help customers would give 10 stars if I could! Also thank you for the new tires for my ford escape, from booking my appointment to getting my tires put on was quick and easy!!

Got a stone jammed up in the rotor and was heading home the next day. Called Dean's in Magnetawan and explained my situation. They were busy that day but said bring it in we'll find the time. In and out in 30 mins.Thanks Dean and staff for fixing my issue.

This is going to be a weird review as I was at the location for something completely different. While I was there I saw Dean spring into action. He looked like he genuinely cares about his customers. And the place looked clean and organized. The dogs are super friendly too.

Heading home from Sundridge today and truck needed an emergency repair. Dean and staff were able to diagnose the problem right away, get the part, complete the repair and get us back on the road in only a few hours. Very professional and courteous service.
