Not the best experience. The initial greeting was awkward and the car listed online was "sold days ago" but I think this place is good if you're local and need a cheap vehicle.

I purchased a used vehicle from Patterson Auto in Madoc, this summer. I got to test drive it and got the car fax on it. I got in house financing that work for me and waited a week for the vehicle to be safety. Then picked it up shortly there after. I would say I received good service and I recommend these guys. Cheers

Just purchased a new to me vehicle from Patterson 's there was an issue after delivery that James handle without a hassle. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the market for a quality used car .

Very poor service …They suppose to register a vehicle on my business name but they made a mistake of registration under my personal name.Now i have to pay taxes again on that and their sales person said that they cannot do anything in that and hang up the phone.

Extremely unprofessional. My partner got approved for a car, they even sent the payment schedule to us. We then went in to sign the papers and they sold the car after telling us it was ours, even sending us the payment schedule!!! I do NOT recommend this place. They lack morals and basic human decency. Shame on them. Don’t support this business.

We have purchased 3 vehicles here, and have had the BEST sales experience ever. Honest, friendly, and no pressure! They also went above and beyond when it came to delivery as we had a trip planned and they made sure the vehicle was ready for us to take possession in 2 days!FANTASTIC!!! And auto parts? Well they have the best prices for miles and quick delivery if not in stock.

Heard of this place from a friend, when I needed a wheel bearing and ABS sensor. Great staff, large selection of components and the best price I have been able to find anywhere. They didn't have the base level part in stock when I stopped in, so they offered me a replacement part with a longer warranty for the same price for the inconvenience. ($100.00 price difference). I didn't take them up on the offer and waited for the part I ordered since I wasn't in a hurry and businesses need all the help they can get in today's environment. Will definitely use then in the future.
