My husband and I live in the states, but his family is in Madoc. We always use Kelly's when we need flowers sent to family in the area. Kelly's has always taken care of our orders in a very timely manner, and the floral arrangements are always stunningly beautiful!

The store owners are the absolute nicest people on earth, the store is very pleasant to be in and the products are incredible! I bought some handmade socks and a scarf and i absolutely love them both!!!!! Thank you so much for the great overall experience ?

Kelly was delightful, and very considerate in making an order for a Birthday. She upgraded the vase at no extra charge, and took care to make the arrangement look its best. Thank you very much for your efforts, all was appreciated. The extra touches will have me ordering again next year.

Paid extra to have the flowers delivered at a certain date and time. Asked the recipient to wait at home that day for those hours to receive the bouquet. The bouquet didn't arrive until the following day. Very unhappy and terrible customer service as they were not even apologetic.
