Service was excellent, friendly staff and honest. Great job. It was my first time taking my vehicle there and right out of the gate I was impressed by how clean and organized everything was. Will definitely be back, thank you for the great service and to the person who recommended them to me. Highly recommend.

I was acknowledged immediately as I entered the door. I had arrived early for my scheduled appointment and they took my car in right away.
Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Pricing is reasonable.
I will have no reservations about recommending them.

Went for an oil change. My vehicle was taken in promptly at the appointment time. The staff is very friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained.

One end of exhaust pipe became unexpectedly detached while in Bancroft on a Thursday afternoon. Early the next morning on Friday I called to be informed maintenance was completely booked so no space was available for repair that day, but due to poor fringe area cell signal the call was prematurely terminated. When I called back just 15 minutes later I was informed that a job that was completed more quickly than expected had created an opening for the needed repair providing I could arrive at the garage within the hour... This I did and the loose end of the pipe was reattached (rewelded). All of the staff were most competent, friendly and accommodating. And the fee charged was very reasonable. Wonderful that they were able to respond to a sudden repair need as quickly as they did. Many thanks to them...

I needed my granny suv fixed to be safe . I thought a wheel bearing was may be an issue. It was and so were a couple other wear and tear issues on my 2015 vehicle.So grateful to have it back quickly. Good work at a great price !Thank you so much to everyone at Derry's !!!
