CARSTAR Lucan did an amazing job with my car! You would not be able to tell that there was anything ever damaged! They removed dents and made the paint look absolutly perfect! Staff is amazing, and service is amazing! Would 100/10 reccomend!

This is the third time I have taken my vehicle in to have work done. The work is excellent. Shawn took my CRV in on short notice and had the work performed while I waited it was not a big job but what a joy to have done right away. Thanks to the friendly staff. I will drive from London to have my work doe in this wonderful shop.

I would like thank Carstar Lucan for assisting me through the process of my insurance claim and repairs. This is my first experience having work done at this shop and I would highly recommend the short drive to Lucan. The staff in the front office made a painful situation a much more pleasant one. The repairs were completed beyond our expectations the car was returned spotless and like it never happened.

I took my 2018 golf r here last year for front end paint damage repair. I was initially skeptical about the ability to blend to other painted panels. I was absolutely blown away by the result and still happy with the result a year later. Both the color and finish were a perfect mactch. Customer service was top notch and the attention to detail blew me away.

Got my door done here. No accident, a fault of my own. Whole process was very quick. Booked me in really quickly and did an amazing job. We’re very fast and friendly when I dropped off my car. Can’t even tell anything is different.

I got a $1400+ quote from here which seemed high for what the repair was, but when I questioned it, the individual I dealt with was clearly offended and became rather rude. So I got two other quotes, which both came in at $500 - obviously I took the car elsewhere. Final bill was $540. I highly recommend Orv's Collision!
