Disappointed. I always recommended this place as I heard how great it was and decently priced it was. We took our car in to get fixed paid around $750 & had more issues with it after then when we went in to get it fixed. Disappointed to say the least. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Hard to beat Rick! Honest and will not charge for work that is not necessary. So unlike other garages and dealerships who just look to add to your bill, Rick does the opposite! Thanks again to Rick and his staff for years of great service working on my vehicles You won't go wrong bringing your car here for honest, reliable service.

I went to Rick’s Auto for the first time today to have my brakes done. I could not get over the quality service and very reasonable rates charged for this repair job. I highly recommend Rick’s Automotive to anyone for all their vehicle repair work.Service: Brakes

On the coldest day of the season, my drivers side window wouldn’t go back up after a visit to Tim’s drive though across the street. I stopped and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Although he was skeptical he still came outside in the bitter cold to have a look. With a little muscle power he pulled my window back up, which helped me get my elderly mother, in the passenger seat, to her doctors appointment on time. Thank you for being so caring.

Was driving down Highway two and suddenly my check engine light came on. So I was starting to panic a bit. Was driving through Long Sault and saw Rick’s garage. He checked my car right away and luckily it was just rust under the gas cap that was causing the problem. Problem solved and I was happily on my way. Thanks for checking my car right away Rick you save my day
