I had a fantastic experience at Work Authority, and I want to highlight Rebecca and Megan's exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right work gear, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and a friendly demeanours. The store offers a great selection of high-quality products, and Rebecca and Megan outstanding service made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this store for their excellent customer care and top-notch workwear!

The customer service is very poor.When I visited to the shop,they were not attending as its none of their business.After calling representative again and again,he came and didn’t help just told me that this is not available.After all,I asked him to order my selected shoes and he took all details but its almost a month and I never get any call or update regarding my ordered item.

I would like to say Mrs. Janet is incredibly nice and had great customer service. I bought these gloves on November 28 at 12:35. I brought them home pulled the tag off, put them on to get a nicer feel without the tag on. I realized they don’t fit my hands and wrist nicely so cold air could get in making the gloves not use able for me in the cold. Instead of driving back that day I came back today (nov 29) at 12pm. I came inside to return them. Janet was at the counter not saying a word while her “boss” or looks like husband says I can’t return them because it’s a health issue to resell them. Long story short if you buy something from them prepare to not be able to return the item if it’s not out of the box clean. I won’t be doing business with them in the future I hope you don’t either.*Edit*I contacted customer service via phone and spoke with Diane who promptly help me resolve the issue and had the business owner call me back to return the item at full return. His name is Bob.Thank you Diane and Janet for the proper customer service.

I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at Work Authority. I went there hoping to receive some assistance in choosing the right boots for my electrical work, but unfortunately, I encountered a rude old man at the desk who was incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. His lack of willingness to explain the products or assist me in any way was highly disappointing.Upon feeling frustrated and discouraged I left the store. As this location is close to my home, i reluctantly went back hoping someone else was working and I was fortunate enough to get Rebecca. Unlike her male colleague, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer my questions. Her quick responses and polite demeanor were a breath of fresh air after the unpleasant encounter I had with the man at the desk.It's disheartening to encounter such a stark contrast in customer service within the same establishment. As a customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism and assistance, especially when it comes to purchasing essential safety equipment like work boots. The lack of attention and dismissive attitude I received from the old guy left a bad taste in my mouth.Overall, my experience at Work Authority was deeply unsatisfactory due to the rude and unhelpful behavior of the man at the desk. I would caution anyone seeking assistance or information about products to consider looking elsewhere or hope for the good fortune of being assisted by a more courteous and knowledgeable employee like Rebecca.

The London location store is terrible. This is the second time my husband & I have been there, ans the staff are not friendly, and on top of that, they're not helpful at all. I would not recommend this store.

I came in from Hamilton and this sales associate Kevin said I should just work at Taco Bell under his breath while he was helping me. I can't believe how rude he was. Just because I am hispanic, it doesn't mean that should be my place of employment. Please address this! I will be shopping elsewhere.
