Unfriendly staff, not very welcoming when you walk in. I even said “Salam Alykum”, but they ignored like I wasn’t even a customer, and the bread are not even fresh. JazakAllah Khair brothers.

I called ahead to inquire about beef tenderloin, and I was assured they had it in stock. After traveling all the way from north London to their store, I was informed they actually didn't have any available. When I confronted the seller about their earlier assurance, their story suddenly changed, claiming they did have it but it required cleaning, and they offered it with fat if desired. This level of service is unacceptable. Not only did they inconvenience me with a long journey, but they also misled me twice and attempted to sell me improperly prepared meat at full price. It's concerning that they seem to have issues with honesty. I will be cautious in trusting them with food purchases, especially when it comes to meat. This experience is truly disappointing. It's shameful.
