Stay away from napa, they have horrible service, didnt do the job properly they in fact greated an even worse problem, took it to a different mechanic to look over my car and found out they didnt replace nor fix what they were suppose to, wont give me a refund so oll be taking them to court

I am rating 1 star because their service is OVER-PRICED,omg. Absolutely outrageous, I was not pleased. I was at the service station because of a rattling noise underneath my Corolla and I SPECIFICALLY told them to let me know how much it would cost BEFORE it’s fixed. They found out it was a loose metal panel covering the gas tank under the car and the only thing they did was to remove it and I was charged $50 plus tax. They did not let me know how much it was before they removed the metal panel. What if I did not have that much. So unprofessional 0 star

Have done some repairs ( ac unit, briken muffler) here on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra over the past couple of years. The staff is very helpful and considerate to customer needs. Will definitely recommend to give the Wellington location a try.

I went in last minute with barely functional brakes and they squeezed me in and fixed it up for me, all with polite & friendly service (both front of house and the amazing mechanic who fixed my van!).
Makes me feel like I have a reliable mechanic I can go to in London now.

Great work and fast service! I had a problem with my car AC, it’s not cooling.I called the dealer to schedule a repair but no available slot. Dropped off at the nearest car repair shop near my place but no mechanic for AC for the next 10 days. Searched google for other options and seen a good review about Autopro, so I dropped in and got a schedule right away at the same day! My AC got fixed at the same day too which I thought I would need to come back after the inspection for another repair etc. Andrew is professional and honest about the service commitment and I am well-assisted being a new customer. It is a job well done. Highly recommended this shop for urgent needs and hight quality of service!

VIP NAPA Auto Pro. Provides fast reliable service. My truck had a flat tire & no spare. I had it towed to shop. Andrew made sure it was fixed on same day. He also fixed a burnt out headlight. Super same day service for my emergency.
