There’s nothing wrong with the store but it reaks of death. Like quite literally the smell of death, it’s sickening. The store needs to be professionally cleaned, including laundry & and washing of the product. Anyone who works in the funeral industry or hospital would recognize this smell immediately and this should not be entering peoples homes.

Found not only a hat that I own, but a bathroom bag as well that were originally purchased from Dollarama for no more than $4 each. The hat was being sold for $10.49 and the bathroom bag for $5.99. Both are currently still available in Dollarama NEXT DOOR to your location. Added pictures of the products in question to your Google page for reference.Should have taken pictures, but you should be ashamed of the filthy used cat box you had on the floor as well. You have no idea what could be breeding in that thing.

There are many items kept on display. It may be useful to you, provided you do a thorough inspection before buying.Personally, I had gone for window shopping and didn't buy anything from there

This was an okay thrift store. Had lots of selection but not anything in my size. Their line system needs some improvement about which way is the entrance and exit.

Great selection, loads of stuff to choose from. The only complaint I have is their pricing seems to be getting more and more ridiculous. Their products are donated, so you would think they would offer reasonable prices. However, they charge almost full price for some items. It's getting to be not worth it to go to any value village. This store is pretty big, though and offers a lot of products.

an employee who usually works in self check out, attempted to steal my phone after I left it there by accident. I tried to go back in and ask if he had seen it and he told me it wasn’t his problem and then I asked my sister and mom to check my location and my phone was inside the store, so I went back in and he gave me the same response. Finally, my mom had to go in and yell at him and he walked to the safe behind the counter and got it out and handed it to her after trying to tell her that it wasn’t there, and every time I tried to go in just to shop he always gets close to me and tries to talk to me. I am especially disgusted at his behaviour because I’m only 16.

The prices now are outrageous. And the amount of garbage/broken/dirty items they are selling now blows my mind. I worked at VV in the 2000s and it has gone downhill since then. Sad because I loved this place! Not a fan of all the self checkouts either. When I'm juggling a toddler and my purchase the last thing I can/want to be doing is checking myself out! A lot of elderly people and parents shop here - did you think about your customers when you switched all your tills out. Isn't one of the key factors of retail knowing your customers?

This place has a great selection of items but the items are priced far too high. I used to shop here on a regular basis 10 years ago when prices were fair, but now they charge nearly identical prices to what you’d pay to buy the same items brand new. Considering they profit off of free donations, they should consider doing the ethical thing of lowering their prices.

Great options for everyone and it’s an adventure very time you go. My kids love it, and it’s an awesome place to get toys or doll clothes for reasonable prices. Must be willing to take some time to actual look if you want to snag the great finds, but either way it’s always a fun visit.

I don't like this placeThe positives are that there is a lot to see and choose from here and the staff are nice. However, that is about where the positives end for me.For starters, it is crazy how expensive it is. No thrift store T-shirt should cost 12$. The prices are pretty unjustifiable, especially for being second handSecond, the environment is unpleasant. It it kinda dirty and there are no changing rooms??Finally, there are predominantly self checkouts. There is only one line with a casheer and its not always open. This sucks because for senior citizens (Who I have noticed make up a good percentage of customers) it can be difficult for them to know how to use the self checkouts

Great store, some things are quite expensive, but you can definitely find nice pieces. I always find something there.

Prices are up, but still cheaper than retail. I picked up some good quality stainless steel dishes, gave it a good scrub & it works great. You can stretch your dollars a little further & We need more money for food & gas. Recycling is also good for the environment. So Value Village is in. Tuesday is Seniors day. You get 30% off.

Halved their book section for some reason! This used to be my favourite spot to shop for cool secondhand books. The section was always filled and full of great stuff. Recently, they took away a ton of shelves that held books, and now the sections are really never full, and I feel stock rotates way less.Tends to be kinda stinky here too for some reason

Has a wide selection of items to offer, but feel that items are priced close to retail new rates in housewares Too expensive. Second hand coffee maker was over $25 - a basic new is $30. Only shopped in housewares can't comment on clothing prices
