There were a lot of dirty and torn clothes. There is no fitting room. But the staff is very friendly.

Love this place, but you really need to hunt to find any good deals. Prices are ridiculously high, we've found many items that are cheaper at dollarama or Walmart. Today one person came up to me and showed me a dollarama price on an item and they'd priced it higher... so clearly they don't always pay attention.
Still managed to find a few good items though.

There's a ton of stuff here...furniture, housewares, toys and tons of clothes for the whole family. During Hallowe'en, they have a wide variety of costumes and decorations. However, there's one huge and basic thing that's missing and that's a change room. So just to get an idea of how something fits or suits, people gotta find a mirror at the end of the rack and stand in the aisle and put their finds on over their clothes. Sheesh! No doubt, by forcing this indignity on customers, it saves them money by not hiring folks to supervise a change room. Ugh. Next time I'm looking for upcycled clothing, I'll be heading to Talize or the good ole Goodwill.

I really like the Value Village in south London down by Micky D's. It's huge and it will take an hour to really go through it. It's a clean well maintained property and the staff do their best to make sure things are squared away. It's very organized and the products are tested and clean. You may pay a few dollars more for their lightly used merchandise, however the selection is huge and the clothes especially are brand name and still a great deal as opposed to store bought. This Value Village is definitely worth a look see. It's not just clothes. Books, furniture, footwear and more. Friendly staff like Grant will not only help you find what you need. He will load into your vehicle. Tanks Grant..YOU DA MAN! Come down and see for yourselves. Value Village, your one stop shopping store. Luv Malcom???Stay strong London.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Selection depends on donations, but it was very good.

I bought the canvas and it didn’t fit into my car .
When I went back to return , the manager refused to take it back as return or giving me credits .
I have been to other value villages, never had this issue before.

I'm thrilled to support Value Village Donation Centre! Their dedication to community outreach and sustainable fashion is admirable.
Donating here feels rewarding, knowing my gently used items will benefit those in need. The process is seamless, and the staff are friendly and efficient.
Value Village's efforts make a tangible difference in our community. I'll continue to donate and spread the word!
Kudos to the team for their excellent work!"

Funny how donated (free) items are sometimes priced so out-of-whack high that you could probably buy new for the same price... And they charge full HST on all items because they are a for-profit corporation.
