I was shopping on july 26th and I asked for assistance and a lady wearing black clothing and had her hair in a bun was amazing, I was looking for a specifc item and the nice lady found the last one in stock for me.

Such a stupid ill mannered staff! They dont want to fold or do their work and just taunt customers by saying “excuse me are you gonna leave it like that” . Would highly recommend firing employees or just avoid talking to them. don’t even know the C of customer service idk on what basis do they hire staff.. idk they dont even know basic manners maybe not learnt in early age.
The lady with medium body size dark hair and curly hair with dark skin which went back to cashing was the one who gave me the worst attitude
So upsetting visited once in a lifetime and got this attitude while i was not even bothering anyone and just doing my work

Went there on sunday 7th of july.
White medium height lady curly dark hair, had a red headband on, came and started yelling for no reason, wouldnt even let us touch the stuff properly, said put it back, put it back, put it back. The worst thing is they dont have name badges.
That poor girl/ lady whatever, needs real help, doesnt belong to be an associate.
Later seen her as the cashier, continued to be rude to the customers, no hello hi nothing, just absolute rudeness

Yall need some better workers with better customer service. I came here this afternoon around 3-4 the cashier and woman on change rooms seemed very miserable and came off as rude and passive aggressive.

Not a fan of this store. Place is dirty and while I was shopping I saw an Indian dude treating his employees like trash. Racks are too cramped to be able to look at anything without taking it off or leaving a mess. On top of that I am pure native and one of the girls started talking Indian to me when I tried asking her a question. Changing room doors don’t seem to lock so people can just Walt’s on in at any given time. I tried asking some kid with brown hair and glasses a question on where the men’s section was and he just stared at me.

Customer service zero….literally i was changing and that one indian staff opened my door without Knocking that was so rude and she was talking to me in hindi i am not even indian stupid and please wear some perfume or deodorant?

I went to try on some items and had been here several times when it was Forever 21 and was usually led to the right changerooms, aka women's/girl's.
To my shock I was led to the left and placed directly next to a man who was just closing the door.
These are change rooms where none of the sides reach the floors or ceiling and there were many other booths empty.
I would be very concerned about allowing children into change rooms.
This non gendered style set up with how many incidents there have been with cell phones, cameras, and other things I think it's alarming.
I was uncomfortable to where I tried on what I could over my clothes.
I could also see a shadow outside the door several times while in the change room and the staff was rude on top of this.

Traveled from Sarnia to this London location and wasn't helped with anything. Two ladies I did ask for help seemed they didn't want to help. The whole changeroom situation is awful. I had to run up and down twice to get different sizes. I normally wouldn't leave reviews but I haven't been shopping for myself in almost a year as I'm a busy mom and work fulltime. Totally disappointed from my last visit.

Had really bad customer service experience from here. I was gonna ask if there was a smaller size for a dress . The rep (her name was Sera) didnt allowed me to ask the question and replied (without allowing me to ask the question) everything we have is on the floor. Me and my friend felt really disrespectful and i asked her name and complainted to one of the manager available. But it seemed she was still cool and was laughing along with the manager ( we were watching them from other side) . We even felt like we were treated racially discriminated! . 100% wont purchase from here anymore.

The staff is not really helpful i went to change my jacket that i bought and the girl at the counter didn't even check the jacket properly and told me that i don't have any item barcode and when i found it and showed it to her she told me to go again in the queue after that she will change it the way she was showing the attitude ? didn't like it at all
