This place might be good for transistor type radios and receivers but I don’t recommend this place for tube radio repair. They “repaired” a 1950s era tube radio of mine and it squeaks, squawks and won’t pull in any stations clearlyLook elsewhere for tube radio servicing or repairs.

Great experience with this repair shop. I had an issue with a port on my LG monitor, which was fully covered under warranty. Quang helped repair the monitor with speedy turnarounds (and would have been faster if he didn't need to order a part for the monitor!), Kathie helped communicate throughout the whole process to keep us in the loop, then once it was all done Quang gave me actionable advice so that the issue doesn't repeat itself. I'm really happy I chose this specific shop and I'd come back if I needed to again in the future! Very grateful to have my monitor back and working just like it did before, and to be able to share this review from my newly repaired monitor. Thank you guys so much.

Had them come fix my qled tv through Samsung communication was spot on and helpful. The repair man was polite,professional, and very knowledgeable I'm happy with the service ? ?

I recently had an older turntable serviced by United Radio. It was completely inoperable when I brought it to them (motor and electric issues) and they repaired it to proper working order. I found the repair rate to be very reasonable and considering how few shops can actually repair older audio equipment anymore, I think the turnaround time of 3 or 4 weeks in my case was perfectly acceptable. Good experience overall and thanks again.

United Radio and TV repaired my LG 65"" OLED TV under warranty. I can't say enough to express my satisfaction with the way they handled the repair and replacement of the display. Kathy kept me updated by phone and was very pleasant to talk with when she arranged the initial tech visit by Quang. Laura booked the display replacement and she too was very pleasant. I was so impressed with Quang who came back later in the evening with a loaner TV. Yesterday he replaced the display and I was impressed with his knowledge and friendlyness.. The fact my dog instantly liked him says a lot. Thanks Quang!!! I highly recommend this company for TV repairs

I managed to contact someone nice enough to bring my TV in since AMI in Toronto is useless. United Radio and TV have a great track record. I am glad tbeywill take careof my issue! Great team!

This company fixed my tv under warranty and did a fine job.I then needed some capacitors replaced on my microwave control board and they said they don't do that. I thought that would be right up their alley but no I took it elsewhere and now my microwave is working great

Gentlemen came to are apartment today not to sure if it's fix .looks like it could have been a loose wire in the back of the TV .change the wire .now it's wait time to see if that the reason. Thank you again for the quick response.

Had my LG Ultrawide monitor serviced for a faulty display under warranty. They were friendly and were able to fix the monitor within a reasonable timeframe.

If it's electronic and it can be fixed these people are the people to bring it to! I've been using United Radio for all of my electronic repairs since the late 80's.

Had then called out for a costco warrenty question. Thought I had dead pixels. The person who was here was thorough and explained exactly what was wrong and turned out in wasn't pixel issues but dust that went into the TV.Very friendly service from everyone I dealt with there. Would recommend if you have issues with your electronics!
