We took our vehicle to Ted to get the transmission fixed. He talked us into getting a brand new expensive part. He put the part in but then we had more of the same issues. He mentioned in our multiple conversations that he put a USED part in after saying he was out to g in the new part we paid for him to put in. I have had repeated conversations with him about fixing it as it still doesn't work properly. He had it for 3 months supposedly fixing it. He then said we could take it home and drive it while he looked for the part to fix it yet again. When we picked it up it has damage to the front bumper, the drivers seat and back windshield and was full of car parts. Obviously being used as his work vehicle to which he admitted he had been driving it to work and home every day for 2 weeks. It has now been 8 months and he now won't answer my calls or text messages. He hasn't honoured his warranty in the least which is all we have asked for. We were patient for as long as we felt we should need to be bit 8 months to fix a vehicle that wasn't fixed properly by him in the first place is far too long. And now to not have the decency or professionalism to be an honest businessmen makes this a place I want everyone to NOT ever useService: Transmission

avoid this place like the plague. Everyone who has stated this place is a scam is correct. My dad has got scammed $2200 for a transmission job in which the mechanic has botched one of the axles and did not properly rebuild the transmission. We were forced to swap it out at another mechanic as this mechanic refused to fix it even though he stated he gives a 1 year warranty and said he would charge another $800 to fix it.This is an outright scam and anyone else who has been targeted should file a claim or a lawsuit against him as soon as possible. You can do so at the london downtown office or seek a lawyer if you have been scammed alot by him

Quoted 2300, ended up paying 3500. Then brought it back 4 times for their methed out mechanic to butcher it. Ended up threatening legal action. DO NOT GO HERE

just gonna keep this short. if you need transmission work done, don't take your car here. especially if it's a 2004 mazda 3.
