“Had a horrible flat tire and came to VIP auto and they were extremely helpful!! They were able to order a new tire and change my tire same day for a price that wasn’t gonna cost me an arm and a leg. Would definitely recommend!”
“My check engine light came on and my regular mechanic said they couldn't see me for 3 weeks. My mother-in-law referred me to VIP AutoPro. They got me in promptly and the diagnosis was that I needed a couple of parts replaced that I already had replaced less than a year ago at my regular mechanic. Shane was super helpful and reminded me that I should have those parts under warranty still and suggested I call my mechanic. I did in fact have the parts unded warranty, but they wouldn't be able to help for weeks and my car wouldn't be safe to drive for that long without the parts I needed. Shane talked to his boss, Andrew, and they went above and beyond, pulled some strings and got the parts honoured for me, even though they didn't have to. My vehicle has had a few more issues with it since and I have called them and they get me in within a few days or less every time. Very reliable and very helpful! Thanks again, guys!”
“I had an excellent experience with Mister Transmission and would absolutely recommend them.
I originally took my car to a general mechanic who couldn’t find the issue and referred me to another transmission shop. That shop told me I would need a new transmission, with an estimated cost of $7,000–$9,000. After reading the great reviews, I decided to take my car here for a third opinion and to see if they could get me in sooner and am I ever glad I did!
They quickly told me it didn’t seem like a transmission issue and offered to take a deeper look if I brought the car back as I had just quickly dropped in. When I did, they properly diagnosed the actual problem. It was such a relief to find out it wasn’t a transmission issue.
Even though the repair wasn’t transmission-related, they were more than willing to fix it and were very upfront about my options.
