“In the ditch north of London. My truck was mired in mud and I could not get out despite repeated attempts resulting in being totally mired. Springtime. I contacted this company, and from the excellent, professional service of DAVE, and level of skill involved in the extraction. I was floored about the result. Got the old Sierra up on the road, was filthy and caked in mud. But the skilled recovery was the solution, and at a reasonable cost. I'll keep the old girl for another round next Saturday night.”

Even after the truck was all loaded up . He helped my husband and I find accommodations in town as we’re not from around here and waited with us until our Uber arrived .

“I did not buy my RV at Can Am, but because so many of the appliances and equipment are universal for most RV’s, I’ve never been disappointed in their effort to find the part I’m looking for.
If it’s something they don’t have access to, they’ll direct me to where I can find it.
I’m not stating this as fact, but If they are prioritizing their shop tech’s time to past consumers, I’m sure they appreciate it, and it says a lot for their repeat business.”
“Shane was a gem when he came out to tow my car after I got T boned, and the folks at the impossible and lot did a great job asking for approval from my boss to access the vehicle for my belongings. That shows commitment to due diligence, whether or not I was wearing a T-shirt with the company logo. When their staff saw me struggling to get my things together, they even brought me a cart! Don Mor was the exception, they were exceptional starting with the receptionist greeting to Cheryl providing interim support and information until Alex could arrive for the estimate. They provided excellent detailed information how the whole process from preparing estimates, to communications with the insurance company, to all the steps in the repair process. I was very impressed by the regular text/email updates I received to keep me informed as the repair stages progressed. In the end, the area I feared the most did not materialize.
