“I can't begin to recommend John and his team enough. Not only are they fair and reasonable, but they certainly won't steer you wrong.
Long story short, we'd run into a smidgen of a pickle when dealing with other auto shops within the city where prices were sky high and service was nil. John's team not only was equitable, but wildly efficient. Elsewhere I had been told that labour would be a minimum of 6 hours, and pricing well over double the cost of what Maple City Tire had quoted. Not only did John offer a reasonable price, but they got to work on our vehicle immediately after they opened, and had it all spick span and ready to go that very same morning.
Upon returning to cover the costs of such wonderful service John was kind, personable, and held the door open for my son and I. It's clear that consideration and care goes into the service that you're bound to receive here.
In summary; for a fraction of the cost and a fraction of your time you can receive substantially better care for both you and your vehicle, while also knowing that they have yours and your family's safety in mind.”

Craig would have had to order in a tire and fit us in later that day, but instead of having us wait around all day he called around and found us a tire and booked us in at another location.

“I am very happy with my experience at this Kal Tire location. As many others here have said previously - Assistant Manager Christian is the person you want to talk to. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, Christian brings just another level of customer service to his work. He helped me put together a winter wheel and tire package, and took the time to answer all of my questions and requests. I WANTED to give Kal Tire my business.
The interior of the premise is also clean and organized with a few chairs for people to sit and wait. There is also a large window where you can see the people in the shop work on vehicles. They also store your tires and wheels on-premise in a temperature controlled room - again, there is a large window you can see all the tires through.
Today, I went to get them my tires and wheels installed - very quick and smooth process. I watched the guys do it. I think I've found my new wheel and tire shop in London! If you're in the market for one, I highly recommend you give this Kal Tire location a call, and ask for Christian!”
