Went looking for fancy attire and went here. From the jump whoever that balding gentlemen is was very unwelcoming, rude and had no interest in even showing me what to buy other than “your company should get you polos” i didn’t come to your store to get your opinion? I was looking to potentially purchase some things. I’m not in any bitter rage I just thought it was crazy that he is the first person you speak to in there yikes… honestly would say to not stop here if your looking around for that type of apparel

My fiancé and I went in to Tip Top Tailor at Masonville to look at suits for our upcoming wedding. We were assisted by the exceptional Melissa who went above and beyond. We were so impressed with her suggestions and recommendations. Amazing customer Service! Highly recommend Melissa!!

Jared loves his job and it shows! From the moment we entered the store he was ready help us and asked questions to better understand what we were looking for. His knowledge of the products available was very helpful in picking the right pieces for us. We are so happy with everything we went home with and will definitely go to Tip Top and ask for Jared for all of our future needs.

Chad made me feel so comfortable about fitting for my wedding party despite two thirds of them not being in the country. I was struggling to make the situation work but Chad gave me confidence that it wouldn't be a problem, and was happy to work with me when other stores I approached point blank told me they wouldn't do it! Tip Top has a customer for life in me.

My purchasing experience at Tip Top was amazing.
First of all, this store has many different types of suits in the price range of $250~$400.
I was hesitant about which suit to purchase. And all of the sudden, there was a sales associate named Jared? He came up to me and suggested various suits. I decided to buy a suit that was similar to what Jared was wearing. It was the dark navy colour.
Jared had a great taste of style in suits. I wanted to follow with this guy who knows the suit trend.
I will definitely visit this store to buy a new suit again.
