I was in distress i had to print some important assignment on coated paper. I went to staples although they still had an hour to close they said we dont do this close to our closing time and it requires 24 hour. But i am so glad i called UPS they printed it for me in 10-15 min . And i was glad it was ready when i went to pick. Good customer service and reasonable price for print.

Had passport photos taken. 15 different shots on 2 tries. They gave me the best if the group. Passport office said they were no good. Had to get new ones. Went back to get a refund with a description from the passport office of what was wrong. UPS wouldn’t give me a refund. Said their policy was to redo them for free. After 15 tries on 2 attempts and all they could do was give me rejects I said I just wanted a refund. They expected me to try a third time then drive 30 minutes to the passport office, stand in line for almost 2 hours and hope they would pass. If not then I was to come back and do it again
This is a real life example of their idea of customer service.
For $16 they lost a regular customer and sent a message of what value they placed on customers.
Kept $16 and lost a customer. Doesn’t sound like a brilliant business model
