Worst UPS location ever. The lady at the counter was rude to my wife today when she tried to explain her address is different to the one in the photo id due to our recent move. Then she asked my wife, how can we trust that it’s really you. The. My wife tried to show her invoice email using her phone, the lady at the counter said, I don’t want to look at your phone in a rather rude manner. We’ve been to several ups locations near by and this is the one with the worse customer service. Word to the management: when you are hiring people, please make sure that they know the ABCs of Customer Service.

I used UPS to help ship personal belongings to Vancouver when my son was moving. From the very beginning, Alice was most helpful and informative. She explained how to pack the boxes and made suggestions for me and worked with my son and I to arrange the right delivery time. I was disappointed to hear that two of the 9 boxes had shattered contents when they arrived in Vancouver. I brought this information back to Alice who looked into what happened. I later received a personalized note of apology and a gift card to offset the broken contents. Alice is an amazing lady who truly understands her business as well as the clients that she serves. Thank you so much Alice!

I needed to print some paperwork, and the worker was not friendly. Had a very bad attitude and made me feel like I was bothering him/her. I needed to return something, but had to leave quickly because of their attitude! I was hesitant to email because of his/her attitude. Having friendly staff is really important in customer service.

It was a pleasure dealing with Alice. She knew exactly what to do. We were shipping a package from Ontario to USA and then back again to Ontario. The paperwork was done quickly. I would highly recommend using this UPS site to ship packages.

I got my pick up sheet last Thursday and pick up point showed this location. The owner's hearing is not good. She can't hear letters clearly. It's very difficult to communicate with her. She said my package is at the UPS store on Masonville, but it has already been picked up. I said I would call the store to confirm. She ordered me to call the official UPS service, not the store. I hung up on her and called the Masonville store directly. The staff there were very professional and quickly found my package. The employee at the Wonderland Rd UPS store lied to me, saying my package had already been picked up.

I wanted to print a grad photo out for a gift for my mother. The printer was having issues resulting in photos with defects. I left but once I got home I noticed that Alice sent me an email and told me that the printer was fixed and to head on over if I could! Amazing service, you’re lucky to have knowledgeable and caring staff like her!

When I purchased a mailbox I was not told that almost nobody can send mail to you at such a strange address that you are given to use. No Banks, Credit Card companies or any government offices or Government funding offices like ODSP, CPP etc. There are probably many more places that will refuse to send you mail there too.
I feel like I was blindsided and ripped off by the snarly woman running this place. She obviously knows about the mail issue and just kept quiet about it to steal my money.
This store provides terrible service. Don't use this location or any other location for important mail.

The old lady at front was rude and had no sense of speaking or listening to customer. Avoid them please if you don't want to ruin your day or photos.
The word I heard from her when I tried to explain my photo requirement was "I am talking to you" with no sorry.
She wasn't nice to to the kid working in the store.

Alice, the store manager/owner, was extremely kind and helpful and was able to offer deals on shipping for multiple boxes. Most importantly she boxed my PC really safely (large tower + monitor and graphics card all in one box). If you are doing a mass move (20+ boxes, not sending furniture) and don’t want to go with a shipping company due to price, UPS here is the cheapest and most reliable option compared to Canada post, fed ex, etc. The 1 box was costly but worth it if insured. Thanks again!!

The lady who I think owns this store or the manager of it, is extremely nice, a wonderful person. But I just got there at 3:48 today to pick up stuff, I live half an hour away only to find it closed! The posted time is 4PM!This is not even the second time I got here to find them closed early, this the THIRD! The first time I caught her as she was locking up & luckily got to drop off a package. If I owned a business I would keep it open 5 - 10 min after the posted time as a buffer period for customers, that should be common sense. But this is ridiculous.I feel like I need to call ahead of time just so someone knows I'm coming around close just so they don't leave. My packages have been sitting there for a while & I'm going to be out of town again, so idk when I can pick it up, but I'll probably be blamed for not getting it in a timely manner.

Went to few other UPS locations, no other UPS locations charged bag return shipping…. this is the only location charge package bag even you have return tracking. Doesn’t make sense at all. Next time, put a sign that return packaged cost at this locations. Went to 2 UPS locations and I asked about “do you guys charge packages bag? They all say no, and is very odd”
