I tried to return a iPhone cord charger and the sales representative made an excuse that I have to go to the main branch.
I tried exchanging they are like the system is slow, it’s a different system, lastly said wait I’ll have a manager approve it. I have never been lied to this much before.
I recommend by going to the main Best Buy store. These guys just lie and make up stories.

It was a pleasure experience, fast and quick. Sales representative-Subh was politel and cordial while explaining the plans and offers to get me a new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, which was not available elsewhere. Positive experience and special thanks to the Best Buy Sales team.
