Bought a gift for delivery right before school started. Ten days later, it hadn't shipped so I emailed them to find out about the status. The response was a curt "Apologies for the delay, I've refunded your order as we're currently out of stock in the item selected." Really? So why was it available for order online? And why didn't you contact me to let me know? Poor service.
