Pam at the Masonville Loblaws Mobile Shop is awesome. She helped me get new BYOD plans for me and my brother. She explained to me all the best options available and I didn't feel like she was being pushy at all. The way that she spoke and worked made it clear that she wanted to offer the best possible experience for her customers.Due to no fault of her own, there were some technical difficulties in setting up the eSIM for my brother. I was starting to get worried, as it was getting close to closing time. To my surprise, Pam actually called up technical support and didn't leave until the issue was resolved. She ended up staying behind an extra 20 minutes for me. I'm so happy that I chose to come to the Mobile Shop and her employers have no idea how lucky they are to have an employee like her.

Due to a misunderstanding regarding long-distance plans, Rogesrs sent us an unexpected bill for $60.00 for me calling the States to speak with my father. I called Rorgers and explained that I needed to speak with the representative who sold me my phone so that they could fix it on their end, then give me a code and call back with that code so that they could fix the error and add a new long-distance plan to my monthly plan. Passing the buck, the store rep at Mobile Shop is difficult to reach, and I am still waiting for him to call me back, as he promised. It's been more than a week.

Pam at the Loblaws mobile shop was awesome. She helped me set up two phone plans for my sons and gave me a great deal. I would definitely go back for my own plan when my contract ends.

We visited last week to add a line and take advantage of the amazing PC points offer. We were helped by Shuki and she was outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable and just fantastic at what she does. We had trouble porting our phone number from Lucky but Shuki didn't skip a beat and contacted Customer Service for us while we waited. We really appreciated her help and warm personality and the Mobile Shop are lucky to have her on the team. We will be repeat customers for sure.

I just had an amazing experience with Shuki at the Masonville location. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and went way above and beyond to help my son get a phone. She was literally the perfect customer service rep! I highly recommend this location after my experience yesterday.

I went here to get a phone. Plain and simple. I knew what I wanted to get and got it. The associate though was very sly in upselling. He would say there was a promotion that later wasn't there, then he sold me a screen protector with unlimited warranty (as long as you pay $35 for shipping, although he told me it was $5). So, not a great first experience.Then I called back to ask for the associate that I dealt with to complain. Turns out he was no longer there. I ended up dealing with Cody who was a godsend. The man ordered in a new screen protector for me and ended up paying out of his OWN pocket. I couldn't believe how courteous he was; truly a live saver. I offered to pay him in some way (like $5 or $10) but he refused. I really can't get over the great customer service here. If you need a phone ask for Cody. He is the man!

The only person you ever need to talk to ever again regarding a solid phone plan is Cody Sinclair. I’ve never once had a level of customer service that Cody has presented. He literally bent over backwards to get me the plan that worked best for me and my circumstances. Today I got a new phone, 0 down payment, double my current data limit and I only had to pay an extra $10 a month ...Bless you Cody! And the Mobile Shop team.

Cody was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond in helping my family with 3 new accounts, and was friendly, professional, and in good spirits throughout. He's got a bright future ahead of him. He's a definite asset to the Mobile Shop at Loblaws (Masonville).
