If you can't find a suitable light in this amazing store, you'll likely not find it at all anywhere! Such an amazing selection of ceiling lights, vanity lights, fans, and endless lighting possibilities. If they don't have it, they'll order it.Very friendly and super helpful, too! 5 stars all the way!

I went in looking for the hardware for a couple of lampshades that I brought back from Bali. The customer service was outstanding!! I was very impressed with the time that was spent with me on the hardware and the staff even rigged it all up for me, helped me choose the correct lightbulbs (who knew that was so important!), never rushed me, carried things out to my car for me and I got a great deal on everything. Honestly this was the BEST customer service I’ve had in retail in a very long time. Even tho I didn’t spend hundreds of dollars, I was still made to feel valued as a customer. This experience has made me decide to return here for the rest of my renovation lighting needs!

Hey Lighting Shoppe.Came in today was looking for some replacement lightbulbs for an old fixture. I was greeted by Jennifer. She acknowledged me an introduced herself. Was very pleasant. She also mentioned she was a month on the job. That it may take her a few mins to find the bulbs I was looking for. She found what I was looking for an also showed me some of the clearance fixtures on special after I had mentioned I was looking to replace the old chandelier in my kitchen. She showed me the perfect fixture for my dinning room an only cost me $100 which was like $300.Thanks Jennifer for your extra attention today. Good luck on the new job. I’m sure you will be a benefit to the company!

I was super happy with the staff and selection at this location. I had to buy lights for a new build so spent a lit of time there and needed to find a light with extra down rods. Jessica was so wonderful and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend the Lighting Shoppe.

I ordered a light fixture a few months ago online. After installing the light there was a small issue with it. After reaching out to the store April returned my call and resolved the issue very promptly. I highly recommend The Lighting Shoppe. Customer service is fantastic!

We were looking for lights to stage my father’s house and the staff (Sharug(?) and Tracy (?)) were very helpful. The shop has a great selection of lights at reasonable prices. Definitely a great choice for your lighting needs if you are in the London area.

I have been working with Shirug for the light fixtures for our new home. She is very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the various suppliers and what they had to offer. She was able to get all of the fixtures blending perfectly and was a great help determining the sizes that I needed for the rooms. I'm so grateful she took the time to help explain and to steer me in the right direction.

We had a friend suggest The Lighting Shoppe for our pendant lights and vanity and I'm so happy we listened! Great selection, and no issues with ordering product that wasn't in stock. Will helped us out and was fantastic to work with. We will certainly be back when our next reno project is underway!

Just picked up the last of my lights from Will at the Lighting Shoppe for our new build. Will and the staff could not have been more helpful and flexible! I was so impressed with both the selection and the prices of all of their lighting. Will was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Will was also extremely patient with this whole decision making process. I would highly recommend this business!
