I have never shopped at the physical store but their web store is fantastic. They respond in a timely manner if you need help with an order via email and ship out quickly. On top of that they also offer some of the best deals for athletic wear with their sales.

I was somewhat hesitant at first - how could the price be that much cheaper? - but all is good. Fast processing and delivery. Even though shipping wasn’t included, with the extra in-the-cart discount I still came out well ahead of other Canadian stores (online or brick and mortar).Happy with my Nike Lunar Force 1 Duckboots!No problems recommending The Closest Inc.

I have made several purchases in the closet and I have been happy with the sneakers I have received, well packaged, and they arrive before the estimated day. Yes, I would like it to be without shipping, but I understand that it does not always depend on them. I recommend this store 100%.
