Excellent service from beginning to end. I received great help in choosing and purchasing the mattress. Seamless delivery especially with the app giving you the time line and calls from the truck itself. Staff on the truck took all packaging away and set up my mattress.

The delivery team gave me a courtesy call in the morning with an expected time of arrival and actually arrived when they said they would. The gentleman who delivered and installed was very professional and kind. He set up the bed and reviewed everything with me including g warranties. It was a perfect delivery. Thank you

We were in search of a mattress which could alleviate the back pain caused by the instability of current mattress we use. We had no idea about the brands . we researched few as well as consulted a physio for their recommendation. We came in to this brick store thinking that the salesperson could give us some insight regarding it. We met Justin at this store who was very knowledgeable and gave us great insights about all the different brands here. He never pushed us for a sale and finally gave us good deal with the mattress we liked. Thank you Justin for your service. You were really helpful in our search! Heather and Vic were super inviting and kind when I came in, in search of a new mattress! Heather worked closely with me to thoroughly explain and weigh out all of my options - for mattresses, bed frames, box springs, etc. . This made me feel like I was able to make an informed decision! They had an incredible promotion going on and I even scored a beautiful bed frame at a discounted price because it had a minor cosmetic flaw. Especially during this economy, every dollar saved feels like a breath of fresh air, and I appreciate Heather and Vic doing their best to fill my lungs. I walked away feeling really good about my purchase, and the price. Thank you so much for making such a stressful task feel so easy and enjoyable (and exciting)!

Went in to look at mattresses and the adjustable bed frame. The salesperson was professional and polite without being overbearing. We had a good baseline of knowing what we needed, and they were able to help tweak our needs to other possibilities.Although we are unable to get our mattress and frame on the date we move into our new place, we were well informed and given honest responses on what the delivery window would look like.If there's any issue with the delivery, I'll include or update this. Otherwise, you will get what you're paying for. It has numerous warranties for both items and a 180-day satisfaction guarantee or you get a store credit/ one time exchange. The warranties were included, so were okay with the price we paid.
