Texmain Cleaners is a little gem in the heart of London. If you’re looking for good quality service, you must go to one of the best dry cleaners in the city. This establishment has been around for a very long time, which says a lot about this business. The tailor, Bill, a long standing member of this team of employees is a staple of this business. An amazing, talented tailor who does impeccable work and who always delivers on time! The rest of the staff are always friendly and their customer service is fantastic. If you’re looking for quality this business has it all wrapped up in one name and place Texmain Cleaners!

I first sought out this cleaner after needing a suit dry cleaned, due to somehow being coerced into playing some backyard badminton at a garden party/BBQ. After being pleasantly surprised by the price list on their website (some of the best I've seen in London), I thought I'd give them a try. I first brought them the aforementioned suit, then on a later date, three sport coats and a pair of odd suit trousers. Each time I got my things back, they had been cleaned (obviously), pressed (obviously as well) and all the buttons were intact. They also did a wonderful job cleaning my treasured silk sport coat, and answered my questions regarding said cleaning, which further cemented this establishment as a reputable cleaner in my mind. Their prices are fair and on-point, and they even give you a small discount if you prepay. I now refer to this place as "my go to dry cleaner." If you're still reading this review, just stop reading and give Texmain Cleaners a try.TL;DR Walk in with dirty clothes, leave with the same clothes now magically clean at a fair price. Also, don't play backyard badminton in a suit.Services: Laundry wash & fold

I have had two wonderful experiences with this business. Years ago I had honey leak into my backpack and they were able to clean the backpack for me with no issues! It was perfect!More recently I brought a dress in on Friday needing it for an event on Monday evening. They said that it would be done by Monday at 2pm. I said, “perfect! Because I need it for that evening!”I get a phone call later in the day on Friday, letting me know they were able to fit it in!Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this business.

Breaks multiple buttons everytime during dry cleaning. Refuses to tell the customer when they do so.

Dropped off a dress shirt to get cleaned. The shirt was heavily stained so honestly I didn’t even expect it to be salvageable because I let the stains set in for over a year. Was pleasantly surprised not only that Texmain was able to get my shirt looking good as new, but that they were able to get it cleaned in only a day and for the low price of $3! Fantastic local business.

Dropped a suit off on Thursday to be cleaned and picked up the following day. I made it clear that I had a concert on Saturday and that the suit had to be ready the following day. They said that this would be no problem. Came the next day to pick it up, and they told me that they had an equipment malfunction the night before, and so they hadn't been able to clean anything. I understand that equipment malfunctions, it happens - but they had my phone number but DID NOT CALL. If they had called, I would have been able to pick it up on Friday morning and brought it elsewhere. In this situation, no competent business just waits for the customer to show up at the time they were told the work would be finished! I was one of many, as well - there were several other customers that showed up around the same time, who made the trip to the store to pick up the items they were told would be ready, only to be told to come back again another day. If the store had any respect for their customers' time, they would have been in contact. Very disappointing.Service: Alterations

New to this lovely city and was searching for a reputable dry cleaner… this one came highly recommended by Channers….. brought CG jacket and was a bit hesitant…. Finally picked it up today and oh me oh my!!! Did not disappoint….. jacket looks brand spanking new!! Thank you thank you! (Second ty belongs to Channers) x
