SAVE YOUR MONEY AND UNDUE STRESS BY GOING ELSE WHERE. A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY FROM. I went to Teppermans on Boxing day. Bought a couch and love seat. Paid for it right there. Salesman said it would be delivered in 2 weeks.2 weeks went by and no delivery or phone calls. I called Teppermans, talked to the sales guy. He had no answer for me as to why it's taking longer. Talked to the store manager, he said He could have my couch delivered on Jan. 26th but no idea when we get our love seat..I find this very frustrating and unprofessional of Teppermans to say 2 weeks when it's going to be over a month to get our furniture that has been bought and paid for.

We have been trying to contact them repeatedly since Jan 26 2024. No body ever answers the phone. Damaged products upon arrival ..expensive furniture for poor quality and terrible customer sevice. I wish I read all the bad reviews and fake apologies before I bought.

Very rude front desk ladyrefused to give pop corn to my son. Later I asked for one but she refused again as i did not bring the flier that was sent in the mail. Then she started making fun of us with other staff members when my wife was in the waiting line.

Extremely dissatisfied with the recent purchase of a dining set (Table & 6 Chairs) and the seller was unwilling to address the issues (lot of scratches on the surface). We purchased a brand new dining set with our hard earned money and an awful service received from this seller. Customer service is Unprofessional and not ready to listen and solve the issues.Notified the seller within 24 hours of Delivery and seller was not even willing to address those issues happened due to transportation or handling. We won't buy anything from this seller again as completely dissatisfied & frustrated due to this.The case file with the seller starts with my name above as per the seller comments below and the file can be easily located and I'm not sure why the seller has difficulty locating the customer service file. Terrible after sales service received.

Do not pay for the payment protection plan! It’s a scam! They will not cover any money I had paid on 2 items after my husband passed away Feb 23,23. They say because I didn’t put the claim in until December, he died during both contracts, they will only pay balance when I put in claim. I’ve look and there’s nothing that gives me a time frame to put a claim in. Never again will I shop there, and I’ve been loyal for years.

My experience has been very disappointing. We purchased $6,500 worth of furniture (paid upfront) and have had nothing but issues since leaving the store. Both deliveries came with damaged items, incorrect items or were missing items. See photos of my “new bedroom set” below. My room now looks like a storage locker for miscellaneous pieces that can’t be assembled due to other parts being damaged upon delivery or missing entirely. We’ve now had to stay home for 2 deliveries that were both 1-3 hours late and will undoubtedly need to repeat this to resolve more issues.
