A giant shout-out to Rob T from the White Oaks Mall Telus store! For over 2 days, he spent more than 4 hours fixing the problem I encountered when switching to Telus (I made the mistake of going with a door-to-door field rep instead of signing up at the store). He never lost his patience when trying to explain to me what was happening and even emailed me on his day off to see if things had been fixed.

Some of the other providers, in this mall, either felt awkward or pushed way too hard. At this Telus, everyone was a perfect balance of feeling both casual, friendly, but also super knowledgeable and could answer any questions! We were leaving Rogers, for several reasons, and it was definitely the staff at this location that convinced us that Telus was the next step!

My sister in law and I were at this store today to get her a new phone. The experience was exceptional. Rob T was a great help and maxed out all the deals he could give. He saved her $38 per month with a new phone. He explained things wonderfully. His personality was amazing and I would definitely recommend him to see if you need Telus or Koodo services. 6 months in with a new phone and the network is terrible. Worst decision for a phone provider, 5 g sucks, can't have a single conversation without the call dropping. Going back to fido or Rogers. For all calls I have to use my work phone.

Really good customer service, they gave me the sim for free, and at the time I bought the plan they gave me 30 gigabytes extra for 2 years no extra charge

This was the best 'getting a new phone' experience I've had since owning a phone! (Late 1980s) Rob T. Was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and kind! Highly recommend!! EVERYTHING transfered and working well!
