A big thank you to Teddy who help me today I do appreciate it... finally I got my number and my daughter number back which was cancelled and made it transfer to koodo thank you for the time calling the customer service of course thank you also to them koodo and telus customer service.... again thank you Teddy!

I would really like to appreciate Mazha for the good customer service and help she offered me. I had a challenge with my phone and plans but she really did her best and I left the place satisfied. Thank you very much Mazha and definitely I give you a five star.

I would like to thank Mahek Nanda for her outstanding customer service.
I am grateful there are people like her that help others by listening, explaining things and helping resolve issues.
I was having issues with not receiving my sim card in the mail, account canceled without my knowledge and being billed for service. So, decided to go in to a store to talk to a person.
Mahek helped me with the phone number for customer service. I spent over 2 hours hanging out with her at the kiosk at Northland Mall, while on the phone with customer service and the escalation department.
My take away, go in person!

I called in advance and asked if they sold pay as you go phones, the woman said yes.
I got there and she said that I couldn’t get one through Telus but only Koodo. I said that’s fine but then when I asked what phone options there were , she said they don’t sell pay as you go phones ? Very frustrating, I asked twice. Date is 09/21 1:40pm. She was watching videos on her phone and should have paid more attention so I didn’t drive across town to leave the store without a phone

Never use telus, I can't wait foe my contract to be done. Worse reception I've ever had. I drive all over Southern Ontario and it's basically unusable.

I use Koodo and 60gb for 39 a month is a great deal!

They wiped my phone during a "bring it back upgrade" and took over an hour to do so. The employee was on the phone needing an unbelievable amount of help to do their job and still managed to lose all of my data and factory reset my phone. I was given a screen protector as compensation and when calling telus to complain a pathetic $5 discount was offered. I suggest you never do business with telus and definitely not at this location unless you want all of your personal data destroyed forever and nothing done about it. Pictures of lost loved ones gone forever due to telus incompetence. Worst employees and company on earth.
