The men behind the curtain are definitely worth the visit. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient are just a few superlatives to describe the staff. They opened my eyes to the power of better speaker cables and power cords. It really is quite amazing! These gentleman are passionate about what they do. Forget the Big Box bunk. Make the trip to see Bill and Alan. It’ll be time and dollars well spent.

Target Hi-Fi is the kind of establishment that shouldn't be taken granted in a city like London.They offer unreal customer service without a lick of pretentiousness. Having spent $100-200 (max) here over the past 5-10 years, I have never felt any less valued as a customer than I would expect to feel if I'd spent tens of thousands of dollars.They have a solid selection from small parts to cleaning supplies to the highest of the hi-fi. Most importantly they have the expertise and personal experience to back it up.

Guy was kinda snobby and insulted my friends knowledge of record players who actually rebuilds them. Said my player was junk basically. Poor customer service. Also overpriced quite a bit. Part I needed was 20 bucks cheaper on Amazon. Seemed knowledgeable though I will give him that.
