I ordered online after I had a custom design created by an artist for my shirt. It was made quickly. When I went to pickup I was waiting half an hour in line behind someone designing their own shirt. There was another employee who was not assisting anyone. She did not offer to help me until there were four others behind me in line. When I got my order the custom artwork turned out awful and very pixelated. One of my shirts was printed on the wrong size. Very difficult to get help about order. In store told me I needed to go back online and online told me I needed to go to the store. The website has the wrong number for text support, has not answered my email or Whatsapp in 10 days. I wanted a refund for the wrong size shirt since it looked awful and was not what I ordered. After going back to the store they told me their system can not process refunds? They finally agreed to reprint and still managed to print on the wrong size while I was waiting. I had to wait another 40 minutes for them to get it right however the artwork still did not look good. No problems with the text.
Overall wasted over an hour of my time for poor quality expensive shirts. Would not recommend or return. Many errors on website with contact information and size recommendations.

I’ve been coming to t-shirt time for years… it’s always been my go to place for fun gifts but I had such a disheartening experience today. Usually the customer experience is great… but today I had Sam. It was my first time working with this employee and from the moment I walked in it sucked. He was moody af and barely helped me. It felt like I was a burden by just being in the store. Usually the employees help with font ideas and are happy to show you designs. Sam offered 0 help with my design. I had to ask for a font book and he pretty much threw it at me. Then once it was time to pick it up my design it just looked so off. He assured me that they always do “4 fingers down” from the neck but the sweater I had designed was a xxxl so the ratio looks so bad. He told me there was nothing he could do. I wish I had stuck around to watch the placement on the shirt. Because I spent $45 on the shirt and then another $30 on the design and I’m not happy with it. When I asked if they could fix it for me he told me he would have to charge me. Super disappointed in the customer service. I’ll make my own design and order it through canva next time for half the price and I’ll be sure to get exactly what I want.

Amazing worker, he made me feel safe and was a funny guy, did the shirts great and amazing music in the room. Great service, would definitely come again!
