Most helpful staff ever!The two I’ve been served by twice now (previously May 9th) are the most conscientious, thoughtful, helpful, consistently considerate staff I’ve ever had the privilege of ordering from in any Subway restaurant in the years I’ve been visiting this chain. They are a credit to the franchise!Outstanding! (12:30 17th May, 2024) I had the veggie patty my usual way but last time I tried the chimichuri sauce with it on their recommendation and it was tasty but I still prefer my usual.

My recent visit to Subway, just an hour ago on May 13th, left me utterly disappointed with the appalling treatment we received from one of their employees. This particular lady, tall with glasses, displayed a shocking lack of courtesy throughout our interaction. From her rudeness to her judgmental attitude, it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Despite not typically being one to voice complaints publicly, I feel compelled to share my encounter with this individual.Upon entering, I politely inquired about vegetarian options available through the app, only to be met with a dismissive response instructing me to simply order online for a discount I hadn't even mentioned. Despite placing my order online, I then requested that she change her gloves due to my dietary preferences, to which she responded curtly, implying she was already aware of the procedure.The entire encounter left me feeling as though we were inconveniencing her, rather than being valued customers. As someone who frequents Subway regularly, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and has significantly altered my perception of their operations. It's imperative that they address such behavior promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.To anyone considering purchasing a sub from this location, I wish you luck. I can only give one star, as that's the lowest rating available, but it hardly reflects the level of disappointment I feel.

This is supposed to be a "Steak & Bacon" but where's the double habanero jack cheese? Staff said it melted... right!? Lower your expectations at this location...

Horrible experience ordered online while sitting in the car to ise online coupon when went in to pick they didn't had our choice of bread changed to different bread ghey didn't had two ended up canceling the order and void to get refund.

I visited about an hour ago (April 9th) and it was absolutely disgusting the way the employee treated us. She was tall, had glasses, and wore her name tag on her hat. She was incredibly rude, sassy, judgemental and disrespectful for the entirety of our visit. I wouldn’t usually post about this, but unfortunately this is our second encounter with this particular lady.The first time, we politely requested that she change her gloves before making our subs due to an anaphylactic allergy and instead of doing so she proceeded to say “well, I’m allergic to some pain medication and you don’t see me asking people to change their gloves” as if she was attempting to “one-up-us”. First and foremost, ALL ALLERGIES SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY especially considering that she’s preparing people’s food. That comment along with her several eye rolls were uncalled for and should not be tolerated.Today was the second visit. She began by yelling at us asking which type of bread we want which had us in a moment of disbelief before we answered her, then she was picking our subs up by the paper underneath and tossing them from one location on the counter to another very aggressively, and started getting very snarky when we were asking for toppings as if we were “wasting her time”.The whole experience during our last two visits with the SAME PERSON is the reason why I do not suggest visiting this location at all so I can save you the trouble of having to be faced with such a “pleasant lady”.I really hope that she sees this post and reflects on her behaviour because nobody wants to be treated like this when going out anywhere. I used to work in fast food and completely understand if you are stressed or are busy but acting like this is not the solution.

The tall (6ft+) women at the counter preparing my food was so rude, unprofessional and unsanitary (coughed on our subs). She judged us for asking for more tomatoes and gave us sass while we were asking for toppings on our subs. This is unprofessional and unacceptable for the hard working employees of subway.

Went to this subway 2x in the last monthBoth experiences were negative1. One of the times the employee put the wrong quantity of meat on my sub and then proceeded to argue with me that they had been freshly trained when I advised them it was wrong. Co worker had to tell them she’s right that’s the wrong amount before she fixed it. She was volatile and huffed and puffed and angry2. Today I went again got sliders - they tried to put cheese slices that were contaminated with dark pieces of something on my sand which I had to say take it off. They threw together sloppily and the guy working literally spent over a minute just figuring out how the bun went together and there was a huge line.It was medium to low quality at best. Will stick to my normal subway on Southdale Adelaide. They are way better. Just yikes !

Tuesday September 5th @ 430 WE ordered subs on UBER JUST NOW.ONLY TO BE CANCELED LESS THEN 2 MIN AFTER ORDERED.TO THE OWNER:Replace the staff ACTING LIKE THEIR WORKING TONIGHT , they clearly don't want to earn you money.Your customers are not important to them.They clearly don't need their jobs.

It's a fast food chain, but one of my favs... staff was entertaining and friendly, witty and it's always a good thing when u leave in a better mood than when u walk in... food was great, like expected. Keep it up!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!Very poor customer service. The manager (Ashley) here is extremely abusive towards the employees and does not care if your order was messed up or not delivered. She will blame you and start acting abusive. She also loves to yell. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
