I've have always come to this store and I always get an amazing treatment, my mom has been selling and buying in this store for the past 4 years and we never had a problem until today. I have always bring in my items in plastic boxes, but today I brought one box and a luggage because I didn't had any boxes handy. The only restriction that they have in the website and outside of the door is not to bring back bags, there is no limits or anything else, either way, I came and asked before pulling the things from my car and they said it was fine, I get the luggage out of the trunk of the back and a lady comes out from the store to tell me that they couldn't take the luggage. It's fine we put it back in the trunk but her attitude was so rude, I didn't care until another lady started being rude to my mom about the box that we brought in, I repeat, we have been selling items for the past few years and NEVER had a trouble. They didn't ended up taking any items, but that's also fine, but it was a horrible treatment we got from walking in to the store till we left from picking up our stuff.

Great store, great prices, great employees... Aside from the manager who has a pretty strong opinion on what folks in need should get... Not exactly professional to offer such unintelligent opinions to your customers.

amazing employees! It was my first time selling there and the girl who helped me out was very nice and sweet! She was very kind and telling how the store system works for them buying my items and i honestly was completely fine with everything, some thing is better than nothing at this point 10/10 experience for me thank you ladies for being so kind!

Lots of cool clothes but it's entirely women's clothing so keep that in mind, but otherwise the Staff were really nice, can't say I looked that much at the prices but they seemed reasonable, and it's a small store but packed pretty tight so you could spend quite awhile looking through it all.

First time visiting this store! Very much recommend. Amazing selection of items at very reasonable prices. Picked up $240 in shoes got uggs, crocs and Christian Louboutins. Money well spent! Will definitely be back and recommend this place to others. ?

Shopping here is great! I love the clothes and prices. But selling here SUCKS. I had $400 worth of BRAND NEW never worn clothes. Still had the prices on… I only got $30 for like 5 articles of clothes. What a rip off. My grandma bought me those clothes for my birthday, but they didn’t fit and couldn’t return them. Very disappointed… I should have gotten at least $100, because they were BRAND NEW and good styles etc. What a scam. I’m so mad. And you know they are going to sell them for way more than what they bought them for. ONLY $30 for $400 worth of clothes! ?

I love Style Encore..I have bought and sold many times..Of course purchased more than I sold.. I have found many deals on brand name items with tags..example Torrid for less than 1/4 of the price!!! It's always a treasure hunt! Thrill of the find!

Wonderful store! I have been to the Style Encore London store many times and I have never received anything but amazing service! The staff are friendly and helpful. I have made the hour and a half drive to London just to go to Style Encore. Their selection of gently used clothing is always very on trend and current, and selling to them is easy and very convenient. Shopping secondhand helps you and the environment it’s win win!
