Staff starts off by insulting me. I still bought a shirt and tie (which tie was supposed to be free lol) all for the low price of $130! Lmao! I have bought 1000s of dollars worth of suits and will never again. Good job guys just pushed an operations manager for one if the biggest companies in Canada to your competitors.

I had a great shopping experience, The woman i talked to helped me find my shirt size, she helped me find a burgundy dress shirt and told me a few things which i found helpful, i also got 2 other dress shirts and a tie as well, that lady was so nice and helpful, i would totally shop and recommend this place to people for the staff are so kind. I had purchased a rather expensive coat, got home and tried it on again just incase. When I decided I was content I took off the tags only after did I realize there was a huge hole in one of the pockets. It turns out the entire stitching in that pocket was butchered. Never buying anything there again.

All I can say is wow! I felt like I was shopping at a store owned by family. I visited the location at Whiteoaks mall. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we came in by Elham. We told her what we were looking for and she went right to work. We must have been in the store for an hour changing our minds back and forth and NOT once did I feel like an inconvenience. We even got as far as having my husband’s suit ready for hemming and we decided to go back to the original thing he tired on. We weren’t made to feel like a pain or an inconvenience. The whole time she laughed with us and tried so many options to make sure my husband was happy. We had her attention the whole time. She wasn’t dealing with other customers we were her main focus. She worked with our budget and tried to make sure we were happy with the prices. She was friendly and professional and you can tell that she values her job, her employees and customers. Even watching her interact with her employees she was kind, patient and professional! I have never been so wowed by a store. I picked up a handful of business cards and will be sure to send my family and friends to this store if they are in need of a suit. Prices were fair as well. Very pleased with the whole experience.

When you are 6 foot 6 and 280 pounds it's kind of hard to find a suit. I had completely given up for the wedding next weekend and stopped in to see if they might have a nice white dress shirt. 1 hour later I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars with the most exquisite suit I have ever seen Going off to the tailor And a feeling of being incredibly impressed with the level of service that I had just encountered. I can't remember the last time I was treated that well. How these people have managed to turn clothes shopping into a fun experience I have no idea but they are masters at it. This is the only store I am going to deal with going forward when it comes to buying clothes.

I have a very tall (6’3”) young person with a distinct idea of what looks good. We were so blessed to find Neenu and the perfect outfit. We found a shirt with the right length arm, a jacket with a tuxedo lapel and great colour, a pocket square, shirt and tie all styled by a young person’s imagination and Neenu. All these pieces and tailoring in time for Prom for under $500Suit shopping happens when you get a job, an interview, a partner, a graduation, special dance, celebration great job, or a death. They help everyone.Smiles all around as they worked together until everyone had been served. This the height of grad season on a Saturday of the week before. My name is Justin, and I just landed a new job that requires measurements for the uniform I am to wear. I walked into the store and asked for the gentleman to measure me for a small fee or anything he could do would be appreciated. He Said oh no no we wouldn't ask for any money and he measured me. Boy, if that isn't the nicest man working retail that I have ever met. Thank you to the two people working today. You went above and beyond, and you had no reason to. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The staff were sublime. Very helpful. Super courteous and fun to chit chat with. They were also very patient with my indecisive boyfriend so cudos to them. Lovely quality clothing for men. We were actually able to find some formal sweaters that fit my 6'3 250 lb bone head.

Came in to shop for and with a friend who is incredibly difficult in regards to being particular about his choice in clothing. The ladies here are beyond kind and patient with a great sense of humour. Anyone unsure or anxious about shopping for suits or formal attire should most definitely come here!
