“Wanted to give my review of our experience last evening. We had the pleasure to meet Melvin, who was awesome! He was so friendly and personable! He took the time to talk to us, gave us some great tips on foods to try and made our shopping experience so wonderful! When I tried to compliment him, he said that the whole team is great. And he’s right! We used to chat with a lady named Farrah, but she left to go to culinary school. She was incredible too and gave such excellent customer service, just like Melvin did. It is because of employees like these that customers keep returning. I hope Melvin stays with this location for a long time!”
“Incredible experience buying shoes! They were so incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to check out my needs, explain it all to me, and give me other tips. Couldn't recommend more if you need a pair of runners! Also, I thought shoes would cost more here given the specialty of the store, but prices were comparable across the board.”
“Always plan to check out this store when visiting family in London. It's clean and organized. I like how they have sales on products that are not usually found at other stores. Better to shop in person vs online as not all their products can be found on their website. Not convenient for those out of town.”

“I had a great experience at Play It Again Sports today! I grew up always going to Play It Again to trade in old skates and get new ones, so it was always a great deal to get a credit towards a new or new to me pair of skates. Although, I have never had such great customer service as I had today; the gentleman who assisted me in getting my skates was really knowledgable and super helpful! (I feel bad didn’t ask his name, I think another customer may have called him Rob?) I was able to take my time, try on lots of skates, and I’m confident with my purchase. Looking forward to hitting the ice again ?”

“This is the first time ever to this store . In order to go you need a pass with your work . The only way we where able to go in was on the first Tuesday of every month seniors are aloud to go and bring up to 4 guest so I was able to go with my mom and take my 2 youngest children with us . I really like the store and bought 2 winter jackets one for myself and my daughter . It’s a beautiful store and look forward to going in the future one day .”

“Nice place to get wholesale prices on great stuff. You can have a chance to nab some clearance items around season changes too.In these COVID times, you might have to line up outdoors to leave enough space in a tight store, so I would recommend against going during the week end, or get ready to wait. Be patient with the employees enforcing rules they have no control over, too.”

“I gotta say that every time I go in, I'm met with a knowledgeable and helpful sales person, no matter the area. And for those that give poor reviews on a weekend, try going to ANY sports store on a weekend, good luck meeting Source's standard. Baseball is where we looked today but also had a glance at track shoes. Both members gave excellent advice and helpful tips. We will continue to support indefinitely, even with slight blips we may encounter.”
