Not coming back to this shop.Brought my car because of clicking noise coming from left front tire/wheel.I told the guy, Bruce, it sounded like a broken bearing. After a while, he gave me their diagnosis: damaged/defective 2 rear tire threads. Brought it to the dealership as it is covered by CCP (if it were really the tires). Turned out it weren't the tires but just a loose wheel cover. Came back to Bruce only to be told it was a "miscommunication." Yeah, a 70-buck miscommunication.

I took my car in as the exhaust was making noise and the dealership said to replace the entire exhaust. Speedy Auto looked at it, determined it was just the resonator that needed to be replaced and recommended the perfect shop in London to do so (Tommy's).They were quick, professional and honest! It saved me a bundle of cash and I appreciate their help.Thanks Speedy, I will certainly be back.Service: Exhaust

The fact that this place has so many 5 star reviews blows my mind. I wait 3 weeks to write this after my last visit so I had time to think. I went in for a simple exhaust repair, they did a terrible job the first time, so I went back where they couldn't do anything, and lied and said I had broken welds on the hangers( which I never did. Then I went back again when it finally fell out and they said they couldn't do it and told me to go to another shop. I ended up paying 50$ for headaches and constant returns and terrible service.I would never return simply for the fact that I imagine even the licensed mechanics are basically not up to my standards.I would give them 1 star if I could but I don't think deserve just 1.

Rob and his team are simply the best. Took my car in first thing Friday morning (without a appt) due to a coolant leak. Two hours later, car is fixed. You won’t find this amazing service anywhere else in the city. Especially on a Friday of a long weekend.Service: General repairs & maintenance
