Big shout out to the Padded Room for incredible service and workmanship on a Mach glove needing repairing, relacing, and adding protection. Great work, great communication/shipping and amazing shop overall, thank you for the demo glove while it was being serviced. We will certainly be back!!

Hands down the best customer service from Source London. They went out of their way, and above and beyond to arrange for a Christmas gift for my son. I’ve been going to this store and Source Team works for years and they never disappoint. They are all about community.

Fantastic ski shop. Very knowledge and helpful staff. More interested in helping you find the right gear, then making a sale.This shop may seem more expensive than SportCheck for ski stuff, but well worth it. You are getting better quality products, but more importantly, the RIGHT products for you, with the help of the staff. Products and gear that will last much longer than the cheaper "wrong, and ill-fitting" gear you can get at the BIG sport stores. Lasting longer, more fun, and saving you money in the long run. HIGHLY recommend for everyone -- from beginners to expert. (I ski 40+ days/season.)

I wish I knew the representative name. The customer service today for fitting my 4-year-old son's first pair of skates was absolutely perfect. I remember as a child getting my skates from here and now being able to bring my son it was pretty cool. Like always I will continue to support this establishment. A+

Had a skate fitting with Sam yesterday and was an awesome experience, definitely the best skate fitting I've ever had. I drove 1.5 hours because SFSL had the size I thought I needed (but actually left with the PROPER size)....needless to say, I'll be doing the drive next time me or my boys need new wheels.

After 32 years of owning my Bauer 2000 skates I was dreading a new fit. The guys took care of me down at Source Teamworks with a new skate and fitted it to my foot. Can't wait to try these ones out this Sunday. So much lighter.

Just wanted to share my experience at our local London Source! I had to swap a yeti cooler and the staff there helped my family and I get set up with a few new yeti products to suit the new school year. It was an awesome experience and the staff there are always so helpful. 10/10 guys!Thanks again

Usually come here to get my skates sharpened and it’s fine. My most recent visit was not the same experience. Dropped them off at the counter with maybe 1 or 2 sharpens before mine and it took about 45 mins. I was waiting close to where they were grinding and the guy doing it was talking like he had no idea what he was doing to his co-workers. I also overheard another worker say he didn’t do it right, so they got done again. After all of that I got on the ice that night and I had no edges whatsoever. My skates were 10x worse compared to before the sharpen. I will have to get them redone before I skate again.I’m usually not one to complain but it wasn’t adequate service and I wasn’t too happy not being able to skate after paying for a sharpen.
