Great helpful manger ( Gordon), worked with us to get the best comfortable mattress. And took the time to explain the difference between the mattress and was very patient .

They didn't supply bed bags to purchase, I guess the only way is to purchase a new mattress and use the bag that the new mattress came in for any warranty problems.
