The sales person was very rude. I came in to purchase 2 mattresses, as I was looking around, the sales person stayed seated in his chair and kept staring at me. At the end, he thought we were just looking around so he literally said, "Thank you for visiting." I was in there to purchases 2 mattresses. Left without a purchase because the sales person was rude. Age around 45-50, brown-skinned, had an accent. Never even got the chance to know his name.

I received excellent customer service from William when purchasing a mattress & box spring. He was courtious, respecful & very personable. He was ecstatic at the fact that this was my first time purchasing a mattress & made the experience exceptional, 10 outta 10 would recommend!!

We came in to shop for our first mattress as we’re getting married in 3 months. We were helped by Will Sargeant and he was absolutely fantastic!Upon telling him of our upcoming wedding, instead of bombarding us with all the negatives and hardships of marriage, he genuinely congratulated us and said so many positive encouraging things, which was extremely refreshing after hearing so many negative things from other people out there!He didn’t push us into a sale, was very helpful while we were there, and when we did decide to buy, he was very helpful with getting that figured out. By far my best sales experience in a long long time! More companies could benefit from customer service like this. Thank you Will!

We were helped by Kelvin and he was great. He took us through a number of mattresses and helped us find the ones we liked and was very informative.While we didn't end up purchasing one from Sleep Country, we were so glad to have Kelvin help us!

DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO SUFFER!Purchased over $3k Mattress and box spring 2 years ago and have a high quality bedframe.WARRANTY A SCAM - they give you runaround to avoid replacing Mattress and is CLEARLY DEFECTIVE. What's the 10 year warranty for when the problem is an obvious defect?I only buy high quality products and care for them with PERFECTION (looks brand new) BUT SLEEP COUNTRY does not stand behind their warranty as it should be.

Just picked up this Bloom Mattress for my son who has scoliosis at an AMAZING DEAL!Not even at the Goodwill store will you find a better deal. You MUST see & talk to KELVIN at the Wellington location!My shopping experience was wonderful!He was efficient , listened & finds you the best deal for your sleep needs.Thank you Kelvin, we will be back for certain!

Kelvin was our sales rep. Hubster says "Super nice fellow!"Very knowledgeable, handles multiple customers with ease and grace.Mattress shopping is an intimate purchase that's going to affect your everyday life and this is the place to find what you need. Over 30 mattresses on display to try out. We thought we may have to shop around to learn what we needed and liked but we were able to confidently walk out within an hour with a purchase we are more than happy with. A great overall experience. Will return.
